i was in next in line and both people working at the front desk took 2 customers that came in after me before me as i’m standing there. it was just plain rude cause they didn’t even bother saying next in line or anything. one guy had a big bald spot with long hair and the other was a blonde chick. either way, both shitty customer service. they also didn’t apologize after realizing that what they had done, mannerism isn’t a thing at this store obviously

This UPS store is easy to access and easy to use, friendly staff, but it is small inside. I went by there today, Saturday, July 26 2025 about 1400 and it was closed when it should have been open, so maybe a staff member had an emergency. But still a very convenient store.

Tried to return an amazon box in an actual cardboard box, and was told I would need to PURCHASE a different box to ship back. The box from amazon was sealed (as instructed on amazon) and was told that i would need to put the box inside another box. Who keeps cardboard boxes at home. The two employees were very rude (one stated he was the manager). Ask for his supervisor and was told Steve was his boss, when I asked him for Steve's number was told he didn't have it, and then minutes later was told he couldn't give it to me (so if you read these reviews Steve contact me).
I have gone to Staples and Whole Foods to return items and I just walk in they scan something and I walk out. But every single time I try to return something at UPS (actually just this UPS store) I in counter a problem. Does anyone there actually want to work, because we walking in the store makes the guys groan.

The business UPS by Forest Lakes North is outstanding. I always have a positive experience at UPS. I have been going there for years and have seen employees come and go. I have used the many services they offer. I enjoy walking into the store and being greeted by my first name. That is such a nice touch when a business knows you or takes the time to get to know you. Tracking packages when they leave the store and get to where they are going are clear and concise, because you have tracking numbers to follow. The services I needed on this particular day 6/25 involved serveral complicated steps that I will not bore you with. Tim was superb in helping me figure out who to address the package to. Now you might say, that should be simple. It wasn't. That being said, Logan also was very helpful in getting this process underway. Steve, the manager was there to listen to the package detail and verify. It was definitely a team effort. The item arrived at the next UPS store, across the country, for my son to pick up as planned and it was in excellent condition with the extra FRAGILE stickers placed on the outside of the package here in Cville. The team here at UPS, demonstrates a knowledge of the business and a sincere comardiere with each other. Thank you for what you do for our community and all who go to your location. It is reassuring that our items are in good hands and safety is a priority for our packages.

I’ve been in here a handful of times shipping things out and every time it’s been swift and easy. Never a long wait and usually can be in and out in 2 minutes. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

More trouble with this store. Dropped off a package almost 24 hours ago. Left them 2 messages. Of course they never returned my call to see why it was not scanned by a driver! Probably just walked off somewhere. I am fighting with UPS and Amazon now for a refund. This store is useless. Zero stars. Needs an overhaul.

Was disappointed because I dropped a package off at 9am and it was not processed until almost 7pm. Would have taken it somewhere else if I knew they don't do pickups or process their packages throughout the day. Now my package will be late.

Updated review - after email correspondence with the store in question, I stand by my initial review that my delivery was refused by this location, which was confirmed by three separate UPS representatives (800 number, local shipment facility, and social media support). I looked at my call history and counted 55(!) calls made to this store during normal business hours to find out why my package was refused, and attempted to make four change delivery requests through UPS My Choice to have it routed elsewhere. Unfortunately my package was loaded onto a rail car and returned to sender despite every effort I made.
12/12/2024 7:10 P.M. Returning to Sender
The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender.
12/12/2024 11:43 A.M. The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery.
I received notice that a package I requested be delivered today was refused by this location for reasons unknown. Unfortunately after calling their store for more than an hour straight Thursday night and over 30 minutes on Friday morning (for a total of 55! calls), I gave up on trying to find out why they refused my package and it was returned to sender.
I finally got in touch with UPS directly who said this store simply refused delivery and rather than have it be redirected to ANY of the other UPS stores in town - there are many - they simply refused it and returned it to sender.
I attempted to have this package redirected through UPS my choice four times, but was unable to as this package had already been returned to sender.
Absolutely terrible customer service.

I have used this particular store for at least 10 years and have had consistently exceptional customer service. Today I came in with a FedEx package and Harris graciously told me where the closest FedEx was and also took a moment to put the address in the plastic protector and put it on my package for me.
