Yesterday, My mother an I went in to Charlottesville location for a upgrade, we met with Lee Frye he promptly helped us figure out what plan suited us best and saved us a decent chunk on our monthly bill. Couldn’t ask for any better customer service. Highly recommend him and this store.

Drove from Richmond to upgrade cell phone. Store had one employee working on Sunday. Employee had to call other employees several times to assist a customer with a returned router while we waited. Employee was obviously too inexperienced to be working unsupervised.
After 1 hr 40 minute wait, associated told us Iphone 12 Pro was not eligible for upgrade due to cracks. It was obvious that employee was ready to go home vs negotiating a new contract with four existing lines. iPlan to travel to Lynchburg or Roanoke US Cellular corporate store where 25+ year customers are valued. Also called US corporate number and confirmed phone was, in fact, eligible for an upgrade.

This store was amazing to work with on getting a new phone after my old phone died. Arwynn, the customer service person, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the new phones and got me the best deal on a new phone. My pictures wouldn't download so she took her time to switch them using a way that took a long time. She went above and beyond what a customer representative should do. Thank you so very much Arwynn! I love my new S24+. 😀

By far the worst experience we have ever had. We wanted to try the home internet service and Avery kept trying to sell us on a family plan and finally got the home internet. Get the first device and it would not connect, trade it in and order a new one. Come to get it and told “well we got it to work” despite being on the phone with US Cellulars tier 2/3 tech support. The second device gets plugged in, similar issue, this one would connect to 4G LTE but would not connect to the 5G for the home internet. We had to return this device and then was billed 700.00+ bill! It has taken almost two weeks and despite DAVID telling us to show up today he told us when walking in “oh I don’t have time for you”. Please take extreme caution when signing up for service at this store because it will be a disaster.

I went to the Seminole Trail U.S. Cellular store on Oct. 4 2023 and my salesperson was Raschaud. He was so terrific, knowledgeable, and a good listener. He helped me immediately find the phone I needed, was patient, and answered any questions I had. He gave me tips regarding my new phone and was just an all-around good person. I highly recommend this U.S. Cellular store and especially Raschaud. It was truly a pleasant experience. Another salesperson there was Avery, who was an also all-around pleasant person. This experience was so welcome after a previous unpleasant experience at this store a few years ago. If going to this store, try to get Raschaud or Avery, you will be happy you did.

Please reconsider US Cellular. By far the worst cellular company to deal with and they are not even the cheapest.I got a new line and they explained my charges gave me my phone and the process was smooth and fast. Well DO NOT leave the store with out a written summarization of your monthly charges. Even if you have something in written every US cellular representative will tell you something different. Try to speak to a manager they say a manager has the same information. They are not helpful and waste your time. I was on the chat function with a rep. She said I wasn’t getting the autopay discount because I need to change my autopay to debit card instead of credit card. I told her my card information I put in was my debit card. Well she said I had to specify on the app. When I went to my app, their is no way to change it to debit card. It just says card and bank information. After wasting my time she says please contact the customer service number.
