I don't know what is going on at the Charlottesville USPS, three packages in a row this week three different packages on three different days getting Mis-Shipped to different areas all over Virginia. It's supposed to hit Charlottesville and then get delivered to me, one they sent to Norfolk, one they sent out to Fredericksburg, the other they sent to Louisa. If it's machines doing it they need to be fixed, if it's people doing it they need to be fired. Absolutely ridiculous, how incompetent. Now I have to wait a few more days for all 3 to come back to Richmond, then back to Charlottesville and just hope they get it right this time. Just incompetent people.

My grandmas bills have been in the mail box for 8 days and this is not the first time. The mail is always a week or so late

Not open after hours to drop mail or packages off. Every other post office I've ever been to across the state has had the lobby open for this purpose. It's weird. Just an FYI before y'all go.

Packaged lost (probably delivered to wrong post-box), won't take responsibility. I will never use USPS again - shocking service. So it is a lottery whether you will get your package. which is scary considering DMV uses this to send you your license card etc. Can't believe USPS is OK with being classified as not reliable (which they aren't).

Hours do not match what’s listed online, they actually close at 5 and if you get there at 4:59 expect the door closed in your face.

Closed at 9:30 am on a Thursday when it was supposed to be open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This was not a postal holiday. No note of explanation on the door.

This Employee Charles stated he was a supervisor. If your are civil service employee and a supervisor your job is to explain what it is you want from a form. Even if you are not civil service you did not follow protocol period. Do Not Be Rude Period.Also No working Number to file a complaint with the Postmaster

The city mail is awful! I have had mail in my mailbox for over a week numerous times without anyone coming by to get it. I go online and get the number for the post office and it says it’s now a non working number. I mean what else can I do? Should I call my senator or the president? Yeashhhhhh

This branch is closer to our house than the one on Route 29 but you must park in the parking garage. Only open 5 days a week with no self-serve kiosk. Employees are helpful though haven’t been wearing masks for most of the pandemic.
