One of our phone screen was cracked and ready for an upgrade. Seth Boggs was there to help us save some money and upgrade both of our phones. I am so happy we went to the Crozet Verizon. Not only was he very helpful but the wait time was nonexistent. I definitely recommend!

Recently visited this store to correct an SIMS issue. After 3 hours and no resolution to the issue a new phone was sold to me. The service rep spent the entire time texting on his personal cell and not paying much attention to Verizon support which may be why the issue was unresolved. As a long time Verizon customer I find this unacceptable and I feel like it was done just to sell a new phone. I didn't want a new phone and a new three year contract. Also during the visit the rep managed to disable my husband's cell phone. We were the only customers so no other distractions. What a sad excuse for a Verizon store.

Seth Boggs provided the most comprehensive and thoughtful customer service to my mother when she needed to replace her phone. He was knowledgeable, helpful, pateint and kind. This is the best Verizon store experience ever!

Don't bother, store is abandoned. Hours say 9AM - 8PM. I've tried twice in those hours to find the door locked with no one in the store and all the lights on. Called the number which said they were busy with other customers (clearly not).
