Even though they are very understaffed, we were helped as quickly as possible. All I needed was to upgrade my phone and get going, so I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly Eric set me up with the best deal and got me going. I don’t think I’ve ever managed to get out of Verizon in under an hour! He explained things very well and didn’t waste my time with overwhelming upgrades. Very happy with the new phone and all around easy experience.

I went to the store to upgrade my phone. I was waited on by the manager whose mask was worn below his nose. I asked him multiple times to put his mask over his nose, which he did. Finally, when the situation did not improve, I asked to work with somebody else. The manager told me that staff are not required to wear masks.The CDC recommends wearing of masks indoors in states that have high transmission rates, which includes Virginia.The staff member assigned to me kept working with another customer as well. He also wanted to know if I took a picture of him. I found that very bizarre.All in all, I felt very unwelcome.
