I went to Virginia ABC because the online inventory shows three bottles that I was looking for. I walked over, when I got there they had no bottles from my list. Employees stated that the inventory is almost never right and that they suffer from lots of retail theft. Why even show an inventory at all? Very disappointed 0 for 3.

Went in looking for a specific item, that the website said they had. Friendly staff member greeted me almost immediately and asked if I was looking for something specific. I told him what I wanted and he said that it was in the back and went and got it quickly. That was great, but afterwards I wondered why it was being kept in the back? Maybe they didn't have the shelf space? Doesn't matter ... was in and out in under 5 minutes. ?

The staff are helpful and extremely nice. Sometimes they don't have the Patron I'm looking for but they ALWAYS have Hennessey.
