I want to start off by saying that I don’t ever post my dissatisfaction of services unless I think it is strongly warranted. I went to the Walgreens on pantops during the store opening hours (8:00) to find out their pharmacy doesn’t open until 10:00, so I traveled all the way to the other side of Charlottesville to find out this one doesn’t have any pharmacists that administer vaccines, so now I have to travel all the way back to the other store to wait another hour for their pharmacy to open, I work an overnight shift so I am unable to do this during any other part of the day. I am genuinely disconcerted for the lack of professionalism of both of these stores and hope that there is change that comes with both staffing and hours of these locations.

Caring and personable help under very trying short staffed conditions. I appreciate both the pharmacist and the front checker who was extra kind.

Really irritating that I called a prescription in maybe 3 days ago and it said it went through. And now the pharmacy is temporarily closed. It's not like I can just go without my medication. Would be nice if they told their customers this ahead of time

Recommend choosing somewhere else for a vaccine. Made an appointment through their portal a week out. The day of the appointment they canceled because the pharmacist didn't show up to work. Told me to come back they next day for a walk-in appointment. Came back the next day and the store manager said the pharmacist was backed up and wasn't doing any vaccines. Pretty frustrating to take several hours off of work for this.

Rude rude rude rude rude. Had an appointment and they sent plenty of reminders and then when I walked in they said no that was wrong. Pharmacist had a bad attitude too.

Horrible experiences at the pharmacy. Only here because my usual place was out of stock. Never again. Same med 2x from my favorite place across 29. Grabbed a soft drink on the way out. Clerk was wrestling with a customer, I just laid $$ on the counter and walked out. The place is dump. Shelves disheveled, no stock. Read the other reviews.Only one star because there is no lower.

Pharmacy does not answer the phone. My doctor could not get through. You get the same voicemail. Stating there are more than 3 callers ahead of you.

My doctor ordered my medication Sept 7 its now Sept. 20 nobody has called me and when I called they said they would call me back about my medication never happened so I call them again today and waited on the phone for 40mins finally somebody picks up the phone and tells me they don't have my medication as I'm talking to her she puts me on hold and the phone just rings and and it hangs up on me last time I will ever have my medication sent here I understand being short staffed but to never call and hang up on me about a medication is absolutely unprofessional

We just moved into the area, trying to transfer our automatic prescriptions to the CVILLE Walgreens, Seminole TRL, Charlottesville. Unfortunately, I felt like I was in a seinfeld episodes with the "soup nazi." This pharmacist lady at the counter was sooo rude, she was mean to all the fine folks there and just cut people out, would not answer their questions, it was crazy. When it was our turn, she was not helpful at all and violated our privacy asking why my wife was taking such meds. It was unbelivable and she never answer my wife questions. But it got worse when I went to pick up such meds, she interrupted me and made me feel like I was just bugging the heck out of her. The interesting part was we tried to call first but she was hung up on twice, after holding for a bit. Then we went online, but no luck. Maybe our fate was to meet this excetionexcept this lady was like "No meds for you

Gobsmacked, it not the *they just doing their job and a Karen angry* kind of “rude.” They’re legit rude as hell at this location. Not only were they so rude that my jaw dropped to the floor. They wouldn’t even transfer my prescription to another location. Every other Walgreens has gone above and beyond but this location was so bad that it was shocking.

This might be the worst Walgreens pharmacy. I don't know why it's so hard for them. It's been a month of trying to get my daughters inhalers and still don't have them. We were told to come back and then when we come back they have wrong one. Then they have closed that prescription. Going to now try to get doctor to send somewhere else. Meanwhile my kid doesn't have her inhalers. They don't seem to even understand how dangerous that is for a child or apologize.

Went to get my second shingles shot and was told I owed $218 as my insurance wasnt paying. I called my provider and they called store to tell them to try again as I was totally covered clerk said no the register said she has to pay or go somewhere else. It's been my store for 2 years never had a issue nothing changed with my insurance. Her supervisor came over and told her to put in RX number and walked away, she said she tried but I had to go somewhere else. So I will

Zero stars. The pharmacy is run by a bunch of clowns. Literally the most foolish experience that I have had with a company. I will get my prescriptions filled by a veterinarian before going to this place! I was told that my script would be ready in an hour... I drive 40 minutes to get it only to be told by someone that was impossible to understand (heavy accent) that there was no prescription for my last name. Come to find out, the prescription that was written could not be filled because Walgreen's stock had expired. No one told me this, wasted a trip, the script was very important to get asap. Never again Walgreens! DO BETTER. FAILURES. Oh I almost forgot the best part!... As I lowered my head in frustration the clown "tech" behind the window hangs the phone up and walks away!!!! What the frick! Zero apology nothing! Then has the NERVE to act like it was my fault! I dont know how people maintain employment acting like this...
