Our photo book was damaged—went to try and exchange or refund at Rolkin Rd location in Charlottesville. Stephen and his crew helped us make it right—went above and beyond so we had it for Christmas. Taught my son what true customer service means.

I just hung up after being on hold for the pharmacy for 2 hours, 6 minutes on a Sunday am when they were open. Last time I was on hold for more than an hour until someone picked up the phone & then hung up on me. The pharmacy & store have been closed for days unexpectedly several times.

Ordered contacts from them many times. They used to be great, but not anymore. If you enjoy a week or more to fill your order, backorders and delays, this is the place for you. If you enjoy hunting for discount codes just to match everyone else's regular price, give Walgreens a try. Waiting a month to get an order is not for me when every other major company can get it done in 4-5 days.

I had a Covid 19 test done at the Rolkin Rd location and was told they would send me an email in 30 minutes, well 50 plus hours later I received a email. I'm not sure if they correctly did the test since I called Corporate twice because no one answers the phone at the Rolkin Rd store. They need to be schooled in customer service. Why would anybody use this store? I'll never return.

If I could leave zero I would. I’m basically just adding to the list of what others have said. Pharmacy is not open at all today because there’s no pharmacist on duty and I don’t have the extra 20 minutes each way to drive to the other location. Customer service is terrible when they are open. There’s always an attitude. Two of my prescriptions are never in stock and normally weeks late. They never pick up the phones so you can confirm before driving to pick up.

The absolute worst drugstore ever! They close the pharmacy at random leaving people unable to pick up their prescription . They let go of a great pharmacist because they were paying her too much. They can never get anything in stock because the company won’t pay for higher priced medications. Do yourself a favor a go elsewhere. Giant across the street is the best!

awful experience dealing with this pharmacy. had some issues using a manufacturer's coupon and the pharmacist here was completely uninterested in assisting. finally i just transferred it to Wegman's and they got it to work with no issues. don't waste time with this Walgreens.

What a horrible customer service by Ashley I assume she is the front end manager and another girl who were just another lazy one like her. They both didn’t want to be bothered at all and were giving me the look like I was the problem. No wonder there is no customer in that store with all that negativity. I had a return with phone number and store address and number and my email Ashley not sure if she was cashier or manager said our system cannot recognize you and we can’t do the return . I’m mean what the hell you need you have my phone number your store address and date of purchase what else should be present to get the return done? I’m glad that I don’t shop at wall green that much especially this one.

I’m giving 2 stars just because this store is sad. Don’t greet you when you come in and they can see you. Shelves are empty. The cashier and the lead are on their phones. No walking the floor, oh wait there was one customer and nothing from them. With what’s going on at Walgreens these employees better run to a better job.

I’m not the type to write reviews but seriously AVOID this pharmacy at ALL cost—especially if you have time sensitive/life sustaining medication needs!they are NEVER on time with their refills, the app is not accurate at all, and they’ll give you the run around every single time you pull up to the window/wait in line to get your prescription. I’ve waited over a week for a routine refill—and I’ve gone to the store 3 times because the app/email said it was ready. I’ll be switching pharmacies ASAP.

Being fleeced by pharmacy. Pharmacy changed 90 day scrip to 30 day. 90 day cost is $178.00; 30 day is $100.00. Less expensive 90 day scrips were filled with no issue. When I asked the pharmacist, she said, new company...that's the way it is. Have a nice day. Tech was great, Pharmacist (Rebecca) needs a lesson in integrity and a refresher in customer service

This Walgreens PHARMACY deserves to be CLOSED DOWN. Worst experience ever . Seems like only 2 persons that work the pharmacy with limited hours unheard of. There demeanor also speaks volumes. Seems they are God's gift to service this demographics. Rite-Aid did better before Walgreens took hold of it and stopping it into the ground. God Bless America and hopefully save us. Shame on these people who are working not to serve people but to serve themselves. Sad
