Zero stars. I have been a customer since 1996 and have never experienced poorer customer service than I have at this location. I have been unable to access my vault (have had an appointment cancelled on me and have been unable to be seen by a banker on three occasions). Unfortunately, I need to empty it to close the account but who knows when that will be. I'm livid. Do not go here if you can avoid it!

Unethical business practice. I had an out-of-state check recently deposited to my account. I received $400 cash the first day and the other $820 Was released the next day. Normal practice. Thinking that Wells Fargo bank would act in good faith, I went ahead and paid some of my bills with those funds. Two days later, after the funds had been released, and I paid my expenses from my checking account, I mysteriously had a -$995 balance in my account. I called the bank only to find out that they reversed the immediate release of the funds AFTER RELEASING IT TWO DAYS AGO, And put a 10 day hold on it. Of course, now I have all kinds of transactions that have a negative balance. Wells Fargo bank never communicated this information to me. Now, they are telling me I have to wait 10 days with a negative balance in my account; I can't buy groceries, can't buy gas to go to work, etc. THIS BANK DID NOT ACT IN GOOD FAITH. They release the funds and I spent the money on bills. I trusted their actions. I did not expect that they would turn around two days later (after somebody changed things). By the way, the check is from a retirement fund and it is good - plenty of funds are there to cover it. I hate this damn bank and I've been a customer for seven years. Enough is enough. Several months ago, tens of thousands of people did not get their direct deposit pay because there was a technical glitch with their system. It was not showing that it was available on payday. They could not get it fixed for two days. This bank has got major issues and I have had it. Online banking is down all of the time. I have had it!!

Went in to request change for a $100 bill and the teller reluctantly agreed to do it this once but said she wouldn’t do it again because I don’t have an account with them. Last time I checked, a $100 bill was considered legal tender. Very poor customer service and I would never open an account there based on this experience. Edit 8/23/22: After emailing a couple of times with the social media customer service center, they refused to pursue my complaint unless I provided them with my personal information including my address. I told them that they could still investigate the many customer service complaints without having my home address. I haven’t heard back. This information shouldn’t be required for “verification purposes”.

Do not get a mortgage here. They ignore all deadlines and will make your transaction horrible

I had recently moved and went in to deposit money into my account. They didn't let me know I had money due on my credit card. When I came back and asked for help and to discuss the situation the continually rescheduled my meeting, and were unhelpful when we met. It was unfortunately bad customer service for a bank that I have banked with for 12-years. I will be ending all of my accounts with Wells Fargo. Sad time after 12-years

We decided to stop in Charlottesville, VA on the end of our Blue Ridge Parkway trip because my wife's cousin went to UVA so we wanted to stop and see her Alma Mater. The day we got in it was a miserable day with it being overcast and rainy. We stopped by the Charlottesville Downtown mall because we heard so many good things. I needed to grab some cash for the rest of our trip and luckily there was a Wells Fargo in the historic mall. I used the ATM since the bank was closed but the overall experience was good.

Worst bank ever. They opened a savings account for me without me even knowing. They charge outrageous fees, and their tellers are rude and unknowledgable. Go anywhere else.

Worst banking experience I've had. These bullies charge hidden fees for everything and gouge you for dollars every chance they get. Poor mobile banking and the due to their corporate structure, the tellers are incapable of assisting you even if you go into the branch. My advice- put your money elsewhere.

The worst customer service every single time I am in there. I used their ATM to withdraw money and a $20 was ripped, I went inside to exchange it and they accused me of getting the bill elsewhere. They have helped customers before me who were in line behind me. This place is a joke, take your money elsewhere.

They are terrible about hours and wouldn't let me cash checks from an account I had at another bank. 4 day wait to get my money in this day and age is just ridiculous.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new bank. I opened a joint account with my wife. She also had a joint account with my daughter that they said they could link to the new account. This proved beyond their abilities. I also wanted to use their Sure Pay for transfers. The system keeps asking for a code that they cannot seem to provide to my phone or e-mail. Chase offers the same service under the name Quick Pay. I set that up and used it within a two minute timeframe. My mother-in-law sent me s properly endorsed third party check that they refused to let me deposit unless she accompanied to the bank to show her ID. Since she lives 500 miles away, this wouldn't work. They seriously suggested that I have her open an account and give me power of attorney over it.
