“We were quoted a competitive price on brakes and they were able to take the vehicle within a couple of days. Dropped the car off in the morning and received a call that evening saying it was ready for pickup.When they called I wasn't informed of a suspension issue and didn't find out until I was there just before their closing time. I wish this was mentioned to me before I picked up but they were able to quickly identify the issue. I was able to bring the car back in a couple of days later (parts needed to be ordered) and they had the parts installed within about an hour as I waited.Chris and the team were great, going above and beyond to rectify the issue and get my wife's car back on the road in a timely manner.”

“Long story short- I purchased an aftermarket lift kit that Bob's agreed to install for me at a very competitive and reasonable rate. Unfortunately, the shop ran into problems when we discovered the manufacturer of the kit sent us not only several wrong components, but also had an improper design that could have potentially damaged my car. Todd, who worked on my vehicle, expertly and diligently handled the matter, not only saving my original strut from further damage caused by the poorly designed part, but also managed to make the most of the kit designed for the rear so it helped lift my vehicle in the back exactly the amount I needed for my towing/camping/hauling needs. The whole process took two whole weeks due to the back and forth with the manufacturer and supply chain issues with parts. Yet, the entire team at Bob's was incredibly patient and thorough in spite of the frustration we had with the manufacturer, keeping me in the loop every step of the way and multiple times a day. In the end, the car was successfully lifted exactly the way I wanted (perhaps even a little nicer than the manufacturer had designed it for originally!). Cost-wise, the project was more expensive than I had originally budgeted for, but only by a reasonable amount considering the amount of extra labor that was involved with negotiating the manufacturer's design flaws. I am in awe of their professionalism, and cannot emphasize enough how much they care about their customers (and their vehicles). 6/5 stars!”

They got me in immediately and took care of my tire, even though the location with a nail was difficult to patch he made it happen to the alternative of ordering a whole new tire. “I've paid payments on a nissan I co-owned with a friend. When we needed work on it Free Bridge fixed it and had a loaner till it came out the shop. Mechanics, sales people & even the co-owner are excellent at customer service. On top of the cars they sell and know their product. I wouldn't get a vehicle from anywhere else considering my credit, & if I could I would still come back here. Great selection and decent cost make a used car place.
