1791 Airport Road, Charlottesville VA 22911
“Airport Auto was very easy to work with… booking was very simple and they were very flexible with my schedule. They also have a shuttle service. The staff were courteous and respectful. I would give them 5 stars except that they told me my vehicle would be ready on Friday, and it wasn’t ready until Monday. I felt rushed reviewing the list of approvals for service because they called at the very end of the day on Friday. But ultimately, I felt the work was fair market price. When I picked up my car it was running better than when I bought it!”

“I’ve always loved Discount Tire and used them any time I’m having tire issues. I came to the Charlottesville location this morning for the first time because there was a bolt in one of my tires and we also needed a rotation and balance. Brandon was the representative who helped me. He and everyone was kind, prompt, didn’t push hard to sell additional services, and even did the entire thing on the house despite the fact that we didn’t buy this set of tires from them. Will definitely be back in the future any time there is a need!”

“Impressive beyond description. We could not be more pleased or recommend this organization more highly. The front office team is amazing—knowledgeable and confident about insurance (they easily took care of numerous questions with our Insurers). They are delightful professionals that garner trust quickly—we are so grateful. The work was done faster than estimated, and is simply flawless. Concerns about functional impact to the damaged charging plug on our plug-in hybrid were completely addressed, and our car is functioning like new. Accidents happen, but having Masters Auto body repair our car back to new was a pleasant, stress-free experience.”

“Chris and the team are honest and professional. I've been taking my car here the past couple of years for state inspections and other repairs, and they have always been communicative and straightforward. Even had to get my car towed recently, and they fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I'd recommend them if you're in need of an inspection or general repairs.”

“I had a great experience with Ricky, Todd, and the entire team at the shop. I got my wheels aligned and an oil change. They went above and beyond to help me fix a small issues that came up shortly after the alignment; which wasn't any fault of the work they did. Thanks! I'll definitely return when I need my next alignment, or to take Ricky up on his offer to become an apprentice mechanic.”

“Bought a wood chipper from the city of Norfolk where the city manager Larry Keefe was clearly dishonest in his description of the tires on the unit. I asked repeatedly since we were travelimg over 1300 miles. First night we made it to Charlottesville and when I was checking things over before travel I realized tires were dry rotted. Heard great things about Hardings so popped over and they had my tires replaced and we were back on the road in 15 minutes. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!! BTW not ony were the tires dry rotted one was the wrong size and dragging on the fender. Hardings fixed it and we are now on Interstate 64 heading home.”

“Went in last week to inquire about (long-overdue) new tires for my 2009 Honda CRV, and was helped by LT. He was so understanding of my tight budget as a teacher, and steered me towards a great sale that was happening this week on a highly-rated set of Goodyears. Had my appt today, and was in and out in less than 2 hours with great customer service from LT and his team. Thanks guys! Will be reaching out to higher-ups to let them know how awesome your team is, despite staffing difficulties.”

There is never a thought about going elsewhere and I highly recommend them!”
