"I signed up for automatic withdrawals with [Waste Management Company] after they assured me it would save me money. Instead, I was charged $10 more per month because the payments were being processed through my bank card—something they never disclosed when I set it up over the phone.
This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to squeeze more money out of customers. They’re constantly raising prices, and their promises of savings seem misleading. I’m incredibly disappointed and will be looking for another waste management company that’s honest and transparent about their fees.
If you’re considering using them, be cautious and read the fine print!"

This guy does this every week and you all do not do a thing about it. Are your worked this lazy that they run over trash and leave it laying everywhere? Must be nice to have a government job and not be held accountable for poor work performance. You all should be fined for littering in our neighborhood. I’m going to see what I can do.

We have large dumpster service. This is the worst company ever to work with. They are totally unable to place dumpster correctly. Sometimes on City sidewalk, sometimes on neighbor's property and driveway yellow painted curb. They refuse to let you speak with a local employee. All communication is by very poor online service only.

*DO NOT* - I repeat - *DO NOT* use this company. Used them for a few years now and initially they were decent. Then they started charging astronomical prices for "fuel surcharge". I'm talking hundreds of dollars added to the bill each month for dumpster service. Told they can't do anything about it. Now, the trash guys dump all kinds of trash and leave massive trails of trash juice everywhere that leaves a stench for weeks. The guy can't even be bothered to get out of the truck to shut the gates he opened. I'm about ready to contact an environmental agency it's getting that bad. They also like to buy out any competition so you end up with them again even if you switch. Zero stars if I could just don't ever use this company they will make your life and neighborhood miserabl.

They picked up today and proceeded to knock over and destroy everything next to the dumpster. I showed up to work and a bunch of broken pallets and now I have to clean up after the clean up people.

I had a dumpster at my home for years. The price continues to increase constantly. Some times my dumpster is not halfway full then just before Christmas I tried to get everything cleaned up for family. I had two bags above the lid and they charged me an overage of 260 dollars. This is more than my monthly charge. When I called the rude customer service rep let me know that unless I wanted to sign a three year contract (yes prices continue to increase) that he wouldn’t help me.After multiple emails and calls complaining the resolution group called me and refunded my money after seeing I don’t normally have an overage issue.They were rude and more expensive. I’m switching to neighborhood disposal.Service: House & garage cleanouts

Today I almost got kill, head on, by a Waste M truck coming 60 miles an hour in a 35 mph country rd,
PLunket rd to be exact, was a miracle, that my grand daugther and I werenot kill by your truck, you must give the driving lesson in the cou try rd and also make the stay on the speed limit, lucky I was going slow.
