A small town mom & pop pharmacy that the world needs more of! They may be small, but they are the only pharmacy from southside VA all the way to Richmond that carries the medication I need. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and friendly!

It is a Locally-owned, small-town pharmacy with that great personal touch that seems to be missing in those big chain pharmacies.
The owner & pharmacist Richie is awesome... as is all his staff. It is nice to walk in and be greeted by name and recognize those same employees who've worked there for years, giving you a feeling you're in good hands.
To add to the small town charm ..... you won't have to wait in long lines to only then be greeted by some anonymous employee who hates their job, is always in a bad mood, has an attitude, is rude and seems annoyed, just by your mere presence.
In over 20+ years, I've never met a single employee here who's having a bad day and is taking it out on customers on anyone else.
Highly recommend.

I'm new to the area but when I went to the pharmacy for a needed item they were friendly and very helpful. They even ordered some items they did not have in stock for me. I read some of the reviews and if a place does not want to wear masks and get the jab I really don't care as this is America and it's supposed to be freedom of choice. So yes I would recommend this business and I will use this business. They are truly a mom and pop operation that small towns really need.

All of my experience at this pharmacy has been great. They always have my medicine. We need more places like this. They are really concerned about their clients. I love this Remind me of how people cared in the old days.

They always have the meds in stock. If the order hadn't been sent over or waiting on insurance, they will call u and let u know what's going on and when it's ready. That's a big plus!

Ownership and staff refuse to wear a mask while working prescriptions - and refuse to be vaccinated. I wouldn't recommend them.

I noticed I was shorted one pill the last time I got my prescriptions filled and I thought it had to be a mistake I made. Because of that I counted my pills after I got them refilled again last night. I had only 20/30 pills of a controlled substance. I was the only one who had access to this medicine; it isn't possible that someone stole it after it left the pharmacy. I went in as soon as they opened again to ask for help. They insisted that someone else must have stolen the medication after it left the pharmacy. I explained to them that that wasn't possible and pleaded for them to check the inventory. They still refused to check the inventory. I was a certified pharmacy technician for over 2 years and this would never be handled this way at any pharmacy I had worked at. They would check the inventory to verify a mistake was not made.
