Sought out to buy a car, '76 MG Midget from these guys. They accepted my first digital offer. We made arrangements for me to pick up the car, which was really great because it involved them trailering the car to a place nearer where I live that they frequently visit.I get a call the next day (one day before our intended meet date) that they want a higher amount than my offer which we agreed upon, and that they will no longer meet me in Bristol. His reasoning was because he "thought about it".We call and I express how I didn't find it professional that a running business would agree on an offer and a meet to sell the car then cancel. I change his mind to stick to his original plans. So he tells me it will be there early next week. I talk to his partner about the car a little bit, real nice guy.I get a text this morning (one day later) that he doesn't want to sell it to me anymore... again.Not what I would describe as a business that values their word.I'm not too torn up because it was just a $2800 car, but if I were buying a $50,000 truck, I would be highly skeptical of buying from Berger Trucks LLC.Edit in response to Berger's reply.Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star for your attempt to play this off.The car still isn't sold, you just refused to keep your word on our agreement. We agreed to meet Friday for $2800 in Bristol with a Thursday afternoon deposit. You then message me the next morning (Thursday morning) telling me for the second time that you are canceling me, and won't keep your word. I would be happy to post transcripts of our conversation, or provide them to anyone thinking about working with Berger Truck Sales.

I had a fantastic buying experience at Berger Truck Sales. The guy that helped me, Mr. Knowles was professional and a good family man. I love the vehicle and he delivered it too me. It doesn't get any better than that. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Good people and a great experience.

I bought a great car here and I went back to look and found some great cars but the owner can be a little rude , and unprofessional but it is a good place to buy and he does ask for a large down payment but the car I bought from him lasted a long time, it would of lasted longer but I wrecked it
