The house is a tastefully-converted doctor's office, the location is excellent for walking through downtown Chatham, the breakfast is delicious, and the hostess is gracious and welcoming. “Check in was great!!! Carroll was amazing and so sweet!!! Room was clean and spacious. Then the next morning housekeeping started vacuuming at 8 am and being ridiculously loud… my door was knocked on twice by the same housekeeper and I told them I’m still here. I feel if check out is at 11am then you should have the right to stay til then. Front desk lady Alexis was rude at check out. Hampton is usually a great choice but this place needs to learn etiquette and politeness!”
