“The entire staff at Commonwealth Pharmacy staff are both friendly and helpful. I take a generic medication, but a specific brand of the generic. There is a shortage of this medication. Mary Beth called around checking if they could source it from another supplier versus their usual supplier. I have never had a chain pharmacy take this much time nor effort to assist me.They recognize you when you call and always greet you upon arrival. Jeff and Mary Beth always take a keen interest in assisting with any questions, expediting requests and searching for often, obscure or limited stock medications.If you can switch to this pharmacy, even at a nominal price increase, you will more than get what you would save otherwise!”

“A lot of people I know, some in my family, have had serious problems with getting their prescriptions at the Chatham location, however, I have received nothing but professional and courteous service in a timely manner over the past two years. I think staff that shows up to work is over stressed and maybe ill tempered because others don’t show up for their shift, creating an unfair workload to others. Sometimes a smile and thank you works better than anger in a stressful situation.”
