Thank you to Alphonso for helping me with my T-Life app! I’ve been trying to get it to work for months and no one could get it done. They gave me every excuse in the world - but he got it done in just a few minutes! Even offered options to lower my bill. This will be my go-to T-Mobile store now.

Jason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I needed to try to save money for my aging parents and he was not only able to save me a significant amount over “V” but also gave us the option to bring our devices, which made it so much easier for them to not have to setup and learn a new phone. 10/10!
