Jordan was very helpful. My order was delayed due technical errors that I believe were on Verizon and not this location. I would like to have received better updates and more information.

While the salesperson seemed helpful, Verizon says things were not done correctly. Have to go back, and get it sorted out, or cancel services all together.EDIT: I returned to the store, and they were VERY efficient in handling my situation, unlike Verizon via chat. Thank you to the TEAM at Russell Cellular in Tightsqueeze for assisting us.

Alex was such GREAT customer service! I have never had someone so kind, patient and helpful for myself and my family! As long as he's at this location, we will be faithful customers and spread the word! Steve the store manager was Excellent as well!! Very impressed!

Alex did an excellent job straightening out the horrible job that Madison Osborne at the 145 Holt Garrison Pkwy store did. She lied and had my service off two days, but Alex straightened it out perfectly. If it wasn't for Alex, I would have not switched to Verizon.
