I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was already a huge relief. The front desk staff made check-in effortless, greeting us warmly and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Once Jace and I were taken back, we barely had to wait before Dr. Hadad came in, no long lag times, no feeling forgotten, just prompt and attentive care. What truly stood out was how incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive he was with Jace. He took the time to observe him, interact with him, and make sure he felt comfortable. His tail wagged the entire time.

As a pet parent, I felt genuinely heard and included in every step of the visit. Dr. Hadad was completely transparent with pricing, explaining all options without any pressure. Not once did I feel pushed into ‘unnecessary’ tests or treatments. Instead, it was clear that he wanted me to be an active participant in Jace’s care plan. It felt collaborative, thoughtful, and truly in Jace’s best interest.

Overall, this was hands down one of the best veterinary experiences we’ve ever had. Chatham Animal Clinic has earned every bit of praise I can give, and Dr. Hadad is an absolute gem. Jace and I left feeling well cared for, respected, and confident in the plan going forward.”
