Best place to go in lower Northampton County for farm supplies. Also carries nuts and bolts, some household cleaners, batteries, outside shovels and other various items. Customer services is good. Parking is on street parking.

I am new to the area and Bruce was really of great assistance today. Every town needs a store like this and a gentleman to assist you like Bruce. I really enjoyed his farmer wall with all of the photos of the local farmers that have supported him over the years. What a tribute and thank you to all of these wonderful people that have provided him with a living.

We are camping at the former Cherrystone Camp Ground, now renamed Sun Outdoors. Needed some fly glue strips and and brad nails found this gem of a hardware store in downtown Cheriton, Virginia.Walked in the door Monday morning and was pleasantly greeted by the owner, Bruce. He couldn't be any nicer and helpful. Found what I came in for and chatted about all the photos on the wall who are all his customers and farmers in the area. They asked him to open up this store and in four years, Bruce is saving these farmers from driving all the way to Crisfield, Maryland for parts. His teenage grandkids once called him "Grandpop Goose" and all these farmers (more photos on the wall than these) call him friend. This is a must visit to get a feeling for a nostalgic and working hardware store in a small town.

A gem of a find while camping at the former Cherrystone Campground, now Sun Outdoors. Bruce has the fly strips and brad nails I needed and I asked about all of the photos on the wall. He said the they were all farmers and customers if his over the four years he's been open. They asked him to open a farm store to save the time to drive to Crisfield, Maryland for parts. His teenage grandkids once called him "Grandpop Goose" and the farmers call him a friend. This is a must stop piece of nostalgic Americana in a small town and a successful hardware store for the community.

One of my favorite places to visit. Owner, Bruce Killmon, has to have one of the world’s best collections of nuts, bolts, washers, and screws. In addition to farm supplies, Bruce carries essentials for watermen and has home and garden items as well. If you want to see everything under one roof, go to HD. If it is something you really need, get thee to Northampton Farm Store.

If you like dependable friendly where the employees do not mind helping you they go out of their way to help you unlike them big chains such as home Depot and Lowe's where the employees don't know nothing don't want to help you and are only there for a paycheck don't go to Lowe's or home Depot go to this place they don't have all the building materials you need but they got all the farm stuff and it's good for the waterman too they've even got royal white boots and he makes hydraulic hoses that will fit on your noses if you rate it from 1 to 10 it would be a 20

Nice little community store. It's advertised as a farming store but really it's a throw back to the old time "everything" store. You want farm equipment, they have it. They advertise that they specialize in Waterman supplies and gear, which is definitely not farming equipment, it's for being on the water. Basically, they have a little of everything here if you live and work on the land or the water of the Eastern Shore they've got you covered. Also saw some hunting gear as well. Staff was very friendly and nice hometown feel.
