Very busy 7-11. I have noticed a change in the cashier Rich he used to be friendly and nice lately he seems angry and annoyed. I hope whatever is going on gets better for him.

THIS IS THE WORST 7 ELEVEN IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO DISGUSTING!!!! THERES A GUY THAT WORKS IN THERE THAT GAVE ME HELL TODAY HIS NAME IS RICH HE WAS RUSHING ME TO PAY SO I LET SOMEONE GO IN FRONT OF ME BECAUSE I DONT LIKE TO BE RUSHED AND THE OTHER DAY SOME BLACK LADY ALSO GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE I ASKED HER HOW LONG THE TAQUITOS HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE BECAUSE I WORK AT ANOTHER 7 ELEVEN LOCATION AND I WAS GONNA REQUEST FRESH TAQUITOS BECAUSE AT MY LOCATION ON HOLLANDRR IN SUFFOLK, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A-1 SO I WAS APPALLED WHEN SHE SAYS “WHY WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW” AND A BUNCH OF OTHER STUFF JUST DONTTTTTT GOOO HERE IF ANYTHING GO TO THE ONE ON HOLLAND RD IN SUFFOLK !!!! TRUST ME WHEN I SAY !!!!

This is perhaps the worst 7-11 in Hampton Roads. The lines are always incredibly long and slow. There is almost never a second register open and the single overworked employee attempting to ring everyone up moves at a pace that would seem slow for a snail.
The store is dirty and not well maintained. The register doesn't have the ability to print receipts.
It's hard to believe that this store fails on so many levels.

I went to this 7 11 for three two dollar lotto tickets and a medium coffee,I gave a slender 6ft white guy a 20 dollar bill behind the register he gave me 7.50 in change back and owed me more money. When I asked him for the rest of my change he said this was my change and that I was bothering him.BAD Service,I didn't want to create a sene I walked out the store.He owe me 6.50 more I will be reaching out to who ever runs this store.3/23/25.

Went in to play lottery at 10:20 pm two cashiers said they don't run lotto on the night shift , I said you B.sn one says no we stop at 9pm. Well 8 pm is still the night shift , it just seems that people are lazy and just don't want to do their job .Just take the lottery out the store!

This particular store was very dirty, the employees seemed to not care about being there. Couldn’t get chili or cheese for my hotdog because the machine was unplugged. Just a horrible experience overall this day

The store is dirty all the time, bathrooms were disgusting looks like it's been years since cleaned. The staff there walk around like they don't care about anything and rude. This Is the most disgusting Seven Eleven I've ever been too. Corporate really needs to get ahold of this store!! Clean house!

They had gas and coffee. The associate working this morning greeted me upon entry and thanked me when I checked out. This place exceeded my expectations today.

I get so tired of employees at these establishments. Denying patrons the simple service of restrooms because they are lazy in their efforts to maintain them. Hire better, please! We get denied enough in this country but to use a restroom? Talk to your employees.

Overall decent 7-11; nice mix of overpriced items; day time team very efficient; displayed prices of cigarettes is unsatisfactory; salads are decent but don’t last past two days; grab n go are decent and fair priced.
