Worst 7-Eleven I've ever visited. Tried to stop in quickly for coffee and snacks during a road trip. All the fresh-brew coffee machines were broken, including the one for cold brews. Then tried to get just a plain iced tea instead, but they don't carry any unsweetened teas. Bathroom was filthy and smelled strongly of urine. Gross!!!!

On 6/09/2025 I went to pump 1 to get gas and I usually allow my son to help but yesterday I didn’t and I’m so grateful. We set the safety on be pump and ran in to grab drinks for my children. The gas pump was apparently defective. The gas began overflowing and spraying out all over the tires and car. I went out once alerted to it and a worker named Charlie came and said “you should’ve been at your pump. Guess you got what you paid for.” So rude and aggressive when in fact your store did not have the correct safety mechanism to stop the pump. If I had been standing there or my child was we would’ve been covered in Gas. The pump was broken and they didn’t offer a refund or anything after I was charged 82 dollars which was triple what I normally pay. This establishment needs to be safety checked but I would also like to speak to corporate because that was dangerous for my children and I and it was handled carelessly in an effort to just rush us out of there.

Clerks were nice and tried to help me, but the WiFi was down and the owner wouldn’t honor a deal on the app for $4 off of a pizza.
He told me to buy it with my phone, which of course couldn’t connect to this store and didn’t work.

Purchased a couple of items, including a sandwich. The next day when I was about to eat the sandwich, I realized the package was torn on the back and not safe to eat. I walked in and asked if I can simply swap the sandwich out for the same sandwich, while also letting them know I have the receipt, but the manager refused, and stated all sales are final when leaving the store. Very unprofessional, and will not return back to this location.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, but I was very grateful to be able to use it. The snow is coming down fast and I’m out here rideshare driving. Lifesaver to be able to get gas and a few items for the road. The female cashier worked in the counter was very nice and accommodating.

Without a Rewards card, items are very expensive. Rarely go to 7-Eleven except when other stores are closed.

I wonder how corporate or management feels about employees at this location logging into their personal 7/11 rewards accounts to steal points from unknowing customers during checkout? It’s a clever hustle, but it shouldn’t be allowed.

usually a great experience but today 3/29/24 I stopped in around 230 and both the cashier's could barely do their job. I believe they are on drugs. I had a few family members on drugs in the past so I know the signs.

I just stopped in for coffee and was extremely disappointed. The coffee bar has very limited choices, at least one machine, the one with hot chocolate, had less than half the buttons even working. Choices in creamer were very limited. When it comes to a 7 Eleven coffee bar, less is not more. There were three employees that I viewed and besides being stared at no one said anything. I got a "you're welcome" after I thanked my cashier for my receipt. That was it. If it was just me I may not have posted a review but one other customer chatted with me at the coffee bar before asking the cashier where the next 7 Eleven was and leaving without coffee. It was that bad.

I only go here for gas and I use the app. I do it this way because most times i get gas at a cheaper rate than what is posted.

Good luck getting breakfast, they have hot food lunch stocked at 7am, yeah who wants chicken wings and pizza at 7 am?!? Maybe some but come on!! The owners and relatives of owners that work there are VERY rude. The other people are cool. Except the older white lady that works in the morning she can kick rocks
