This 7-Eleven sells lottery tickets but refuses to cash a $200 ticket. I went in the morning, and the cashier said it was too early to cash it. When I returned in the afternoon, she said she was about to have a shift change. How can a major franchise sell tickets but not cash them? Very frustrating—I won’t be buying from them again.

This a convenient location, especially when you need gas! I always use my rewards to save money on gas! The employees are usually friendly enough. They always have a good enough stock for the usual items wanted. The store is usually clean and the coffee area always has all creamers, sugars, syrups, etc stocked, which makes me happy.

The employees at this 7-11 are the best. They are always willing to help, speak to me everytime I walk through the door. They keep the store very clean even the bathroom is one of the cleanest of any public restroom I have ever seen.

Excellent Customer Service, All Shifts at Kempsville Rd Off Green Tree Road in Chesapeake Va 23320. All 7-11 should be like this store. Sad to say it isn't...Everyone is Five Star to me who works at this location!!

The store was really clean and shelves were full and well presented. I even said to the clerk that it was a nice store!
