I have absolutely never been treated how I was today. I'm honestly so disappointed because I come in daily and I'm always getting my snacks and drinks here. Apparently they've hired someone new named Theresa. I came to cash in my tickets. It was A LOT about 390$ worth. I came in apologized and said I know it's a lot but I need to cash them I'm sorry. She starts cashing them, eventually gets the total I asked her the total and she refused to tell me, then she asks if I'm getting more tickets I said I need the total first. She finally gets the total after damn near begging for it and I tell her what tickets I want. I wanted to see the tickets and she picks them up and says I'm not showing you the tickets, customers can't look at the tickets. Like what? I can't see the tickets? Then she goes I had someone snatch them so I'm not giving you the tickets. I said ma'am you have 390$ of mine why would I snatch 50$ worth of tickets? Then the guy interrupts and starts yelling at me how I'm only supposed to get up to 100$ in cash. I asked why he was yelling at me and he apologized. I've never had any issues with him or anyone. If you don't like people don't apply to directly work with them.

My favorite 711 location in the area. Always good conversations with the staff, very clean, and the can drinks in the fridge for the most part always seem clean, which is a big deal for me since I drink mostly energy drinks and coffee from the can. Have been coming here for 15+ years and will continue to.Also, one time the cashier bought my drink to thank me for my military service. I was really surprised and thankful.

This 7-Eleven location is overwhelmingly outstanding every time I stop in. Very rarely are they out of something and if they are they do their best to quickly replace it. Friendly, helpful atmosphere, the store stays so clean it's beyond compare to almost all other 7-Elevens in this area. If I have to I will go out of my way to stop in here to get what I'm craving.

Literally its a good store and all, its just the night shift worker. he rolls his eyes and has NO respect to others. He is not friendly and its always been that way everytime i went. It happened last night to. Get a better night shift worker im sick of it!

Bought two packs this morning. The first pack looked okay but made my throat a little sore. Didn’t think much of it until I opened the second pack and found them molded. Do not buy wraps here. I’ll be going to the smoke shop across the street from now on.

Always friendly service here. I love the great deal they have with the big gulp drink. Definitely the best deal in town when you are thirsty, and they have a big selection at their soda fountain. I also like using the 7-Eleven app that gets me only not only deals on the drinks but food as well. I go to this 7-Eleven often.

My coffee was a flavor coffee, not regular. It was in a pot that was for regular coffee. I HATE FLAVOR COFFEE! I tossed it when I got to my office.

We love 7-11 pizza!! But we purchased Big gulps and Slurpees. Didnt have an oven at this store so couldnt get pizza. Didnt have a public restroom either. Wont be going back to this location for pizza.

John is horrible with customer service. Hates active and retired military. would not recommend going to this 7 eleven ever might as well go to wawa if your active or retired military please don't go here especially if the big guy John is working...

They have advertisements that aren’t accurate. When I questioned the price after him ringing me up he tried to question my math...I tried to explain that if it’s not priced as advertised he should remove the sign and he continuously said just get something else after I told him I was going to get the same thing regardless but I just wanted to be charged correctly.
