I don’t know if the blonde old Asian lady is the manager or what but she was very rude and racist towards me because I grabbed a handful of mayonnaise packets. She kept telling me how the condiments were 0.50¢ extra and I told her that I was paying for it. She kept arguing with me that there was a limit on the number of condiments that I could buy. And when I kept telling her that I was going to pay for it and that I can afford it, which I shouldn’t have to tell her that at all, she said, “really?” When I told her I was going to pay for it and she walked away from me and kept watching me. I’ve been to this location plenty of times and never had this issue. Clearly that woman needs more training in customer service and not stereotyping/watching customers of different races.

Short lady with glasses Philippino. Very Rude she needs to learn some professionalism when dealing with the public. She is not polite at all and she will snatch your money out of your hand. If possible patronize another 711

Today I came in to get a refill. I'm a doordash driver so I'm in a lot of 7-11 for a refill or to pick up orders. I got my refill and then the cashier tried to argue with me that it was a new cup and was going to charge me full price. I don't need the karma for lying and i find it insulting and very frustrating that the cashier kept telling me I didn't have the cup when I walked in the door. You've probably lost a customer from your store and I stopped here often for refill. I'm always respectful when I come in and pick up orders and have never had an issue until now. Please do better and maybe do a training on customer service for your employees. Thank you

This used to be my families go to 7-Eleven for the past 7 years. Four cars weekly we would fill up with gas, morning Donuts, Gatorades for football practice, snacks for track; but today will be our last purchase ever. I ran in to grab a quick snack for track practice and got $10 cash back for school lunch tomorrow. The older woman at the register held up the $10 bill, shook her other finger at me and told me that next time I must spend at least $5 (I spent $3.68 on this visit) or I will not be allowed to get cash back. So the $500 a month that my family spent at this 7-Eleven location will now go to Wawa.

The workers here are fantastic. Only issue I have is, this store always has some sort of technology issues. Can't accept cards, no cash, no prepay of gas, pumps not accepting cards, etc.

Great 7/11. Super super clean. It takes lots of effort to maintain the store very organized and clean. I know cause Ive worked at 7/11 before. Kudos to management and staff!!!

I'm not a huge 7-11 person but I stopped in this location this morning for a cup of coffee because it is freezing outside, and let me tell you it was super clean and super well organized. The coffee area was so nice. I noticed there was about 4 (maybe more) employees working, they were all taking their job very seriously. One was behind the register while another was sweeping, another was restocking the coffee area, they did great. They were all very polite. To top it off they gave me a free muffin with my coffee. I was having a rough morning but this really perked my day up. Great job 7-11!

Poor customer service, Centerville and Kempsville. Waited for 7min employees completely ignored me never came to her register when leaving didn't asked can I help u, so I left and she said bye with attitude. This was 28Feb2023 @ approx 130pm. For that reason I'll be going to wawa across the street.

Pizza s different brands expired.Ladies bathroom lock broken, anyone could come in, very risky, and invasive, dangerous, one stall , no walls, front of toilet face door opening.

This is by far the best 7-Eleven in the area. Clean store, wonderful associates, and good pizza! Esmerelda was attentive and even asked for how crispy I wanted my pizza. She is a godsend to your company, and I appreciate her service. Thanks so much!

Night staff is awesome. She is the only reason why I continue to go. Everyone loves her. Food area is always clean unlike other 7-11s that I have been in.

Every time I stop here (and I do mean EVERY time) there is never paper loaded to print a receipt at the pump. In the midst of a pandemic when you (and we) don't want to have to enter any store needlessly, there is no excuse for a customer having to walk to the cashier to ask for a receipt when you should be checking the status of the receipt printer at the pump. When someone comes in to ask for a receipt, shouldn't that be the trigger to send someone out to replace it?
