Great customer service, clean, respectful and helpful. I was in a situation yesterday. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough money for my items and I began to panic. I needed gas as well but I didn’t say anything about that. So the man behind me paid the balance and the cashier tried to calm me down. I was beyond grateful thank you for your kindness

During my visit at 4:45 p.m. on August 4th, 2024, vulgar and profanity laced music was being played very loudly. Upon checking out, when I calmly expressed my concern about the music being inappropriate, the cashier shrugged his shoulders and told me that's what they like to listen to. I was shocked and I regret not getting his name.

This particular 711 is priced higher for no reason & their prices change often. It said $ 4 for any 6 inch sub & it didn't take it off when checking out with rewards. I'm not spending the extra money at this one when I know certain things at other 711 are slightly cheaper. Greedy. I use to like this one but I don't like the price gouging.

It gets the job done... The day employees are super great!!! They really normally properly stocked with all the regular 711 stuff! However the night staff closes up at like 11 nearly every night although it's supposed to be 24 hours...

This location on several separate occasions has products listed as on sale buy 1 get 1 or even as one price and yet they always ring up as a completely diffrent price then what's posted or what's advertised. Just today I went in and they had candy bars on sale buy 1 get 1 for $1 and buy 2 for $3.75 but when the cashier rang it up it didn't come up as on sale. I ask her if she would be honoring the advertised sale or not and she said she can't and I get that if it's true I didn't give her a hard time but as a store they need to be better at updating the prices of their products and sales to honorably reflect what it will ring up as on the register not only is this looking like one big way to get people to buy more under pressure at the register but it's also illegal. I could understand 1 item here and there as sometimes employees miss things but I'm talking about the entire Isle is marked as on sale and the cashier told me to my face yeah idk why all that is still up none of that stuff is on sale. TAKE IT DOWN! I'll be reporting this location to 7-11 HQ
