Female cashier came out to my vehicle at 9am Sunday 6/22/2025 and interrogated me ultimately accusing me of stealing.. she came to my car window and stood waiting for me to roll the window down and said “ hey did you buy something? “ “no.” I said … “did you warm something up?” She asked. “Yes.” I said. “Well could you communicate that so I don’t think you’re stealing? “Did you steal?” “That was stupid!” This is how your employee handled me, an innocent patron who simply happened not to purchase anything this visit.

I went in after work at 11pm to pick up a cheese pizza for my family, and the guy said that he didn't know how to cook or cut a pizza the oven was on and he was the only one there and there where slices of pepperoni pizza in the hot case. I honestly don't know if he was trying to be lazy or honestly didn't know, but if you aren't showing how to make pizza at 7eleven, you shouldn't be left working by yourself. It 7 eleven yall are known for 2 thing pizza and coffee

This 7/11 is filthy not only do they employ drug addicts who are high during work, but they also put their food items on the ground that need refrigeration also food that can get contaminated by who knows what is all over the floor. I never see this place clean, sometimes they close pumps as well. But I have seen roaches crawl all over the food. They don't care I mentioned this and the man with his glazed over drugged eyes didn't care and he showed no interest. The ladies restocking are the same, casually watching me snap the picture. I would not eat anything here. They also allow people to beg for money out front and there is loitering from druggies and alcoholics

I’ve never seen a 7-Eleven clothes before, but there was a little sign on the door that said will be closed till the morning. That’s funny way to go 711. This must be independently out in operated of course.

One of the worst. At 6 pm, I tasted the coffee and it was terribly old, so I asked both employees about fresh coffee, neither offered to make fresh coffee. The one lady stated that it stays good for hours. Both machines were out of order!

23Aug.2024 Watch the female cashier(working at 4:10pm) in here STEALING customers points, trying to be slick with putting her code in when a customer has a purchase and doesn’t give them time to input their OWN code to get their points for their purchase. She claims she can’t rering the transaction, which is a lie and her being slick. Her customer service is appalling and unprofessional. She gives this 7-Eleven a bat reputation.

HORRIBLE workers for the overnight shift. Several customers were furious after a few of the stores’ associates refused to let unlock the the door while two of the associates stood by the register refusing to even give eye contact, while the other seemed to be receiving some type of oral pleasure in a poorly hidden part of the store. Avoid the trouble of even Coming here past 12 a.m. and please keep children away from here, seriously!

Please fix your ON deals. If you have signs up advertising 3 for 6 you should be sure that they ring up as that in the computer. It’s false advertising. I used to come here a lot but not much now. Also I got attacked by ants at your air pump because someone left food there. When I went to let the cashier know that someone might want to clean it up so no one gets hurt, she told me that I wouldn’t be able to sue 7–11 for it because it’s not their pump, like what?? I’m not trying to sue anyone I’m trying to be helpful and let you know about an issue.

I went to this location to buy coffee and in one of coffee machines the coffee was cold. Also the counter area was very dirty and there wasn't much cream left. Their was not sugar left ether. I usually go to the 711 on south battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake. The have better coffee and they keep the counters clean often.

Gas prices were not changed at pump and charged me more then what was shown at pumps. Price ended up being 4.14 with 5cent discount….geee….thanks for withholding information!! $3.79 is big difference of $4.19!

Because of holiday everything was closed, we found everything we needed. Like pain relievers ect.
