I am only giving 5 stars because the new guy you have hired Chris or Christian or something close to that is absolutely worth 10 stars. I had actually stopped coming into your store because the cashiers are lazy and the store was never stocked and the place was filthy. I'm telling when I walked in this morning I just new it had to be under new ownership. So I asked the gentleman behind the counter he said no it wasn't but he was newI new right then and there he was the readin your store looked the way it did. If I was the owner I would do everything in my power to keep that young man as an employee and I would think long and hard about moving him into management. He will be the reason me and others start coming back to do our business with you.

I have to say this first, the gentleman working today at 4:23 PM is a fricken rockstar and shaking hands with military customers (I am not but my immediate family is)The store is empty of products tho…. Hardly any sodas etc ?That really sucked.

By far the worst 7-eleven I have ever been to. It is NOT a 24 hour 7-eleven. Lottery always broke, pumps don't work and they never have what you need always out never restocked. 3 out of 5 they are close when I have gone there

Older face black cashier too busy running her mouth to her coworker who should be working. The store is a mess and floor is filthy. She had a line of customers but thought her gossipy conversation about home life was more important than clearing the line. Mind you how do you ring people out without a greeting and having your back turned touching her hair and face. Her customer service is non existent and if she’s having a horrible day keep it to herself.

Worst 7-11 ever , manger is not kind . I dropped a 10$ herbal shot on the property and he said “it’s not my fault, and I don’t care” I pleaded that it helps me with my anxiety and I clearly dropped it on his property and he laughed at me and told me to get out , I proceeded to tell him that it was unfair and I needed the 10$ shot to help me throughout my workday and he said “nigga get out I don’t care” don’t shop here you guys , very unkind person

Nothing against the young lady that worked this morning she was amazing. My rating comes from the quality if the fruit. I ate most of it but as I made it to the end I noticed one of the grapes had something embedded just under the skin. At close glance it appears to be a spider but I don't know for sure either way it was utterly disgusting. Yall be careful and mindful when buying fruit. I will be looking for further help with this matter.4/11/22What you mean that doesn't sound right? I have no reason to lie. what more do you want to know because you would make the second person. who reached out to me online and then doesn't follow through. At this point it's no big deal but I have included pictures

Having recently relocated our office from VB to Greenbrier this past July, it's been slow getting used to the "new" (to us) 7-Eleven store. Seemed like for the first couple of months, every morning I would go in, there would be coffee stains all over the coffee island, no coffee lids, no stir sticks, minimal creamer (if any at all) and/or no sugar. I literally went in one morning and the only thing that WAS available, was coffee. The lady I usually see in there in the mornings is very friendly and nice and it always seems that she is working alone with no help. After being out of the area for a couple of weeks, I went in yesterday morning on 9-19-22. I was SO excited to see that the island was clean, there were coffee lids, stir sticks AND... the chilled creamer dispenser was on and working! I excitedly got my coffee, added my creamer, put a lid on and was on my way! Then I got to my office and took a sip....I will GLADY give up the creamer, the sugar (even though I typically don't use it unless my only creamer option is half & half)... I'll give up the stir sticks and even the lid for the cup! Just.... PLEASE.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... teach the employees what a coffee filter is! Because NO ONE IN THE HISTORY OF 7-ELEVEN wants an INCH of coffee grounds in the bottom of their cup! An extra large cup at that.... this was extremely disappointing :(

as a seven/eleven this location is a bit tired, but the really weird part is the really poor selection of beer. never been to one which did not have Miller Lite, or Coors light. A lot of sweet fruity drinks. Sign on the cooler door reads "this is not a walk in cooler" , must have been placed there because so many people assume the lack of selection must just be just at the glass doors. surely there must be more inside. Nope! coffee area was a mess too!

Cashier was on her phone talking to someone. Just stared me down with a nasty look and while I was trying to check out..they were out of my drink...but anyway she kept talking and I couldnt even purchase what I actually went in for! Jasmine you need better customer service skills sweetheart..paid for a full coffee. Got mainly ice and a couple sips. Thanks yall
