My family’s storage unit was broken into and the staff seemed very nonchalant and did not help much at all. Apparently, security footage is only assessable for 14 days at a time, and theft takes 8 weeks to investigate?? What kinda stupid policy is that? Am I just supposed to wait around to POSSIBLY be compensated and only receive a maximum of $2,000 when everything in our storage is probably 2x that price. This is insane and we will be taking legal measures. Thank you

I cannot express how amazing my experience was at AAAA Self Storage! Mary Hull was on top of her game while promptly calling me the very next morning after reserving my unit online. I had several questions and she patiently answered all of them while she was demonstrating how important I was as a new customer to her! I agreed to come in same day to get my unit and due to weather I was a few minutes late to the office to complete final paperwork and pay for the storage so that they were closed. However Mary she still took my call and understood my personal urgency to getting this all taken care of today that she even took time out of personal time that could be with her family that she happily stayed to help me! It’s these little things that go a long way and matter! You’re amazing Mary and goes to show you certainly deserved your promotion while taking pride in yourself and the company work so once again CONGRATS ?❤️ Referrals will be given out - promise that one for sure!
