Sharon has been very helpful with this process. She has communicated with everything needed and goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of for our storage needs. I rented a storage space today at Elizabeth River Storage. I was quite unfamiliar with the process, however, Sharon was extremely patient and helpful in completing the process. I would recommend Elizabeth River Storage to anyone needing their services.

Sharon at Elizabeth River Self Storage was very professional and friendly. Meet with her for a tour and she couldn’t have been more accommodating. I had inquired about storing my boat with them , but due to the distance from my home decided otherwise. The facility seemed very secure and secluded with its own private boat launch. If it were closer to my house it would have been a no brainer.

Mrs. Sharon at Elizabeth river storage was extremely helpful when I was trying to find a storage for my boat. They have a beautiful safe affordable facility that’s lit from cameras and lights. I word advise anyone who has a boat tv or just need some extra space to contact Elizabeth river storage.

After looking for what I feel is a unique type of storage solution I was recommended to this location by another local AAAA site that didn't have what I needed available. I decided to show up and have look. Sharon the manager was fantastic. She showed me the facility, a couple of different available options, and answered all my questions. At the end of the day, it was Sharon's friendly professionalism that led to me to choosing this location. ...and the available onsite boat ramp is definitely a great bonus!

So glad to have found this place! It checks every box and then some as far as what we were looking for in a storage facility, and Sharon has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s informative, quick with following up, personable, welcoming, professional, helpful; she’s really gone above and beyond which has made this such a smoother process than I’d anticipated!
