We had a problem with our chair that we got from Aaron’s. Elijah Bishop came out and he needed to order the part it took a couple of days and he came to fix the chair in a couple of days he was also very friendly as well.

I will never shop from this location again. I was supposed to have my stuff delivered today yeah I understand nobody expected it to snow & you can't put drivers on the road for their safety. I had to use vacation time to even be off today time that I'm not getting back bc they only deliver to Norfolk between the hours of 9am-2pm even though I'm only 20min from their location which makes no sense to me. How do you expect someone to be home during those hours the only time I could be home is if I take off because I guess it's a foreign concept that other people work those hours. Whoever the general manager who I spoke to over the phone this morning was supposed to call me back to see if my delivery could get scheduled for a different day already set up the delivery after I got off the 2 min call I had with her & didn't reach out to tell me. I had to call back & be put on hold to find out when it's getting delivered. Unprofessional won't shop from this location again only reason I'm not requesting a refund is because I got a good deal on the items otherwise I'd take my business elsewhere

They have a policy to deliver in 5 to 7 days I've used this in other states and was able to get my washer and dryer quickly. That's only reasons to rent a washer and dryer is that you don't have to go to the laundromat. It's been 2 weeks. I still don't have my washer and dryer. When we called they're like sorry about your luck we'll get it when we get it. this is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced if I could give zero Stars I would. Three different aarons in three different states this is the only aarons that doesn't stand by their policy in agreements. I'm paying for this and I still don't have it in my house it's still not hooked up. they've broke the agreement and policy that I signed up for to buy in the first place. don't waste your time shopping here there inconsiderate and do not hold up arrangements and guarantees that every other Aaron furniture stores do. So now I'm going to the laundromat and buying a washer and dryer that's not in my house huge waste of money and time. You can look under the comments at Google questions and see where it says Aaron's takes 2 to 3 days to deliver that was my past experience not this one.. they will tell you over the phone they don't give a s*** you will get it when they feel like it. They never did call us and set up a delivery appointment either I usually got a message that same night if not the next day. This place we call 8 days later we're calling them trying to figure out where are washer and dryer is and when we're going to get it Im absolutely about our experience here especially after having good experience with this company in other states. They use to honor there arrangements.

So my previous review was not so good however I’ve had a change of heart. Anna stepped in and made everything work for the better. She’s the only reason why I’d continue to give Aaron’s my business. I appreciate you listening to my concerns and making sure at the end of the day a resolution was reached.

I recommend this place to all my family and friends! The staff were amazing and super helpful. Delivery and installation was quick and easy. I've furnished my new home with them. Definitely ask for Jen when you get there! 😀

I just moved here from NC and needed a good bedroom set for a reasonable price. My friend recently ordered from Aaron’s and got a good deal, so I decided to check it out. When I walked in, Elijah greeted me and was super helpful. He's a great guy with awesome customer service, and he found the perfect bedroom set for me. If you're looking for nice furniture with great service and prices, definitely go to Aaron’s and ask for Eli. Highly recommend!

After relocating here in Virginia, I wanted to find a nice bed set for my apartment. My roommate and I were exhausted trying to find a set for our rooms. We went to Aaron’s and Eli took great care of us when I came to shopping for our new sets! He made sure we were left satisfied and our delivery was on point! Thank you so much for your help Eli!

Their online site is not clear. Neither are their phone agents. I called to rent a refrigerator. I stated at the start of the call I only needed it for a month. They went through complete application and took a deposit only to tell me at the end that the minimum rental period is 3 months. Then it took almost three months to get my deposit refunded! I went to rent a center and was quite pleased!
