Horrible customer service. Getting anything from them is like pulling teeth, whether it’s supplies or even an invoice. And they don’t even let you in the place you have to call when you’re on site and they will come out to you. Do they not know the pandemic is over?! The only thing that saves this review from a 1 star is the prices for equipment are very affordable.

They have almost killed my patient 2x the respiratory therapists didn't put a rate on his vent and sent him home.. worst company ever.

Nite on door that lobby is closed, call a number and press 6 for service. No one answers so it asks to leave a message… I’m here I don’t want to leave a message I just need assistance. Looks like no one is here but hours state 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

So upset ABC sold out to the WORST company. We had Apria previously and switched because it was awful. I was hopeful this time would be different but no. Unanswered phone calles, messages left unreturned about my daughter's OXYGEN SUPPORT and supplies, missed appointments to service machine AND drop off oxygen. We are almost out and the machine isn't working properly and she is sick needing extra support. 2 days they were supposed to show up with life saving oxygen and nothing. Guess we will be shopping for a small company that doesn't sell out to ensure my toddlers safety in the future.

Horrible dme company I've been a nurse for 7 years and this Chesapeake office.. does not care for vent and trach patient's they will tell you stuff like oxygen person will be out tomorrow! How? I hate this office

It's impossible to contact customer service or for them to call back in the 2hr return call they promise on the voicemail!

Excellent customer service.UPDATE: Dec 17, 2021 - I have been trying to reach this Company since yesterday and cannot get past their automated phone system and have not received a call back since yesterday. I reserved the portable oxygen concentrator for today. When I reserved it I was told it would be available if the people who are supposed to return it had done so. I’ve tried to verify if it has been returned since we need to travel an hour round trip to get it. I feel that their service has gone downhill since my last post!

Very happy with the service I received. The young lady took her time explaining everything and helping me set up the app on my phone. Great customer service every time I’ve called even if it wasn’t the persons job to handle my inquiries.

Very happy so far with the service and products received. The technician that came to my home was very patient with me and explained everything fully. He was very professional and courteous. I will continue to get all of my oxygen equipment through this company. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

The gentleman came at the time specified. Set up everything, went over everything in detail and left. Took no time at all. He was thorough and quick. They were supposed to come the day before but were short handed and asked if it would be okay if they could come the next day. They kept me informed which I liked so didn’t mind waiting until the next day.
