Ms Chandra over at the poindexter location in Chesapeake Virginia is always soooo nice and welcoming she can be getting rushed and she’ll still be so calm and patient I love that for her give her a raise or manager position!

Whoever picked up the phone ( female) was very aggressive . I called to inquire on if they were busy due to me being in a time crunch. We couldn’t hear her and then she i was finally able to hear you stated “ hellooooo “. I advised her I just wanted to see if they were busy or not. She responded nasty as ever and said “ okay i said how can I help you “ i told her i asked If they were busy or not due to me having a time crunch and just wanting to know if I’d have to visit at another time she said nasty as ever again “ and i said how can I help you “ i gave her the same energy she gave out and hung up right on her she tried calling back 2 times and then tried calling me from a personal number. So unprofessional but she met her match haha no wonder why she at the job she at that attitude will get her NOWHERE
