Store says they open at 11 on the door, however it’s 11:22 and the doors are locked.

There were 4 employees standing around the register, with only one helping a customer. When they did leave the register, they passed us without acknowledging our existence. Amazingly rude employees.

Had a great experience here finding some new jeans to wear not sure why the past reviews said “no men’s clothes” walked in and found plenty 😂 definitely recommend this place to shop at customer service was very helpful as well.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went here today looking to exchange two pair of men’s boxers that were a Christmas gift. I had no receipt however the barcode and packaging were intact. One employee told me I could get the same style but a different print for exchange . I simply needed a different size. They didn’t have the same print in stock so I got a different print in the same style. I was then told by a manager that I could not receive credit or exchange for a different size without a receipt and there was nothing they could do. I called the Lynnhaven store and they were able to allow me to exchange for the same style but a different print with absolutely no issues. They even had one style not in store and were able order it for me . Very odd .

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I walked into the store and the employees looked but didn't speak.
I pulled 6 jeans to try on and had to ask for help as they watched me struggle holding the jeans and my personal items.
I went to the fitting room and no one came to ask if I needed help with anything. Yet, a lady next to me in the fitting was asked if she needed help.
I was the only Black person in the store and felt uncomfortable due to the poor customer service.
I will not go to this store anymore.

First time to american eagle was not impressed by this store at all the customer service was not welcoming. I was greated at the door but that was it all the employees where hanging out leaning on the reg. Counter no one was helping anyone in the fitting room. And know was offered to help me find what I came in for. This company really lost a good chance on sales today for the weekend. Employees should be promoting sales and help guests.

I recently stopped by American Eagle clothing store, located at 1320 Greenbrier Parkway, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the clothing offered as well as the great customer service.They have a large variety of sizes, colors and styles to fit every preference. The prices are competitive for the quality of the clothing offered. If you are looking for great quality clothing at fair prices, stop by American Eagle, you will be glad you did.

Today I came in looking for Jean shorts and I just left happily with a new pair and a few other things. All of the girls working were so sweet and helpful, ESPECIALLY Madison S. who was working the fitting rooms and helped me get a style and size and her kindness actually made my whole day! Shoutout to Madison S for being helpful, attentive and overall just kind because it can be hard to find these days. And the store was very clean and organized! Five stars.
