The associates are very helpful, patient, phenomenal, and informative, helping with contacts, glasses, and insurance. They are knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and make customers feel welcome. The exam process is easy and smooth. However, this location frequently does not answer the phone, making contact difficult. Some feel the service could be better compared to a regular optometrist. Overall, many highly recommend this location for a great experience.
