God was on my side with this one. I was in rough situation before getting this apartment, and almost a year later I have no complaints. Typical apartment issues nothing to complain about or any reasons to look for another place to live. Although, assigned parking should be considered.

Would love to leave a 0 star review first off Linda is rude and uneasy and Susie she is a liar they will get you to apply and pay 32 dollars per person and then get you to put in a $200 holding
Fee and then say you weren’t approved like they are getting peoples money and just scamming

Update: Office phone is out and has been for about a month or so now, rent keeps increasing everytime we renew our lease.Can't really call it a quiet neighborhood anymore a person got shot in our neighborhood about a month ago, and rent managed to still stay high.
