Had a wonderful experience at this location upgraded to the iPhone 16 pro max and Bre did an excellent job selling the phone. she was very professional patient and very helpful with everything. Also Kevin did an Amazing job helping me pick out my phone case and screen protector good job guys keep up the great work!!

Kevin in the At&T store in Cheaspeake Mall is great person to work with. Customer service is got a lot to learn. They need more Kevin’s in corporate officers.

The store has absolutely no idea how to do their job. They could not get my account verified with a valid Virginia driver's license. I had to drive all out of Greenbrier to get this situation result where they were wonderful. Customer service is horrible as well on the phone. I don't take much time to write reviews but I would stay the hell away from Chesapeake square AT&t

Update: I replied to the email that the owner gave me via response to this review and still no response from either the owner nor the email that was given. Have not been able to call customer service line due to being sick with laryngitis and could not talk for a couple of weeks
I am outraged and disgusted with this stores integrity and their customer service phone line integrity. Went inside to buy a new phone and a manager took care of my transaction. I saw he was wearing a watch and I specifically asked him how much was the watch because I did not want to pay monthly payments on a watch. I also specifically said I do not want a second line. My phone bill comes out automatically via checking account. I thought it was supposed to be a set payment of 80 something dollars for my phone bill. 2 months later I went online to check how much I have left to pay on my phone just to find out that I am also paying on a $400 something watch and a second line. When I went to call in the customer service line I was on the phone for multiple hours with them just for them to give me the run-around and say that they had to go to an outside service to see if they can get the second line taken off. They also told me that I cannot return the watch because it already has passed the 30 days. The outside service said they will look into it and email me when the matter has been resolved. I work a full-time job and have been very sick lately. I have not been able to get to that email until later and the email stated that this was not a fraudulent matter so they couldn't fix the problem. I tried going inside the AT&T store to get the second line removed and all I was told was that they cannot do that in the store and I would have to call customer service. I tried calling customer service line yet again and stated that I wanted to speak to a manager. When I called in I waited for about 5 maybe 10 minutes at the most until someone answer the phone . The person that took my call wanted to know what was going on so he can relay it to the manager. After he took down what I was going through he said can you wait on a brief hold and the line will be silent so he could get his manager. I was on hold for an hour and 50 minutes and no one came back to the line. Mind you I only waited on the call for someone to answer for 10 minutes. So for the majority of that phone call I was on hold waiting to talk to a manager and no one came back to the phone. I work at a call center. I know the lines are recorded and that the agent has to take notes on what happened in the call. I'm assuming all the agent did was mute himself and listen to whatever conversations I had not wanting to deal with this situation until I hung up. He didn't unmute himself saying I'm sorry this is going to take a while I'm still waiting for a manager or whatever the case is going on nor didn't do any follow-ups with me saying that he's trying to help me and get my issue resolved. I am still now currently dealing with the issue and the issue started in October of last year 2024 and it is now March 2025

I had many wonderful experiences when I visited the ATT store in Chesapeake Square Mall. The employees there Jazz and Hector are the dream team!!! They were informative, educated on several scenarios, and presented me with multiple options that suit me and my budget. I can not wait to return to upgrade to my S24 with Jazz. See you all in a few weeks.
