Store #994, YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!!!! Your employee Maraiah is a keeper! Professional, knowledgeable, humorous, and polite. I needed tire shine, and she walked with me down the aisle and sold me on a product that she swore by, and I bought it. Unfortunately, the product was not providing what it needed. But Maraiah gave it her all! Thanks, Maraiah. Even though that product didn't do what it was supposed to, I was still able to buy two bottles of my favorite tire shine that you had in stock. I will be back to receive more of that award-winning customer service! Thank you!

Love this location, if they don't have a part Miss Wendy will find it for me every time. Everyone is helpful and friendly and if anyone in management reads this, Wendy should get a raise for her efforts!

Walk in with a core battery return. the staff allowed 3 customers in front of a line of other customers. When I spoke about being in line, the rude gentleman at the counter told me that everyone will get taken care of

RYAN!!!! This winter my husband was away and I was having some issues with my tires due to the very cold temperatures. Ryan stopped what he was doing to check my tires and then he checked my oil and I had 0%. I was shocked and he helped me get everything I needed and put the oil in my truck. With such cold temperatures Ryan went above and beyond with CUSTOMER SERVICE. He is a great employee and a good human that cares about his job and people. This business is lucky to have him. Honestly the second young man working that evening was also very kind and helpful. Good job guys and thank you so much!

White boy worked on 04/27/2024 around 7pm lacks customer service and a one lazy employee. The audacity to gossip about customer complaints is also very unprofessional. Instead of buying more parts I decided not to due to the disrespect and lack of initiative to help. Very displeased and disappointed!
