I’m a new business owner in the City Of Chesapeake and I recently opened a personal account as well as a business account with Bank of America. I was assisted in setting up my accounts by Jenae Moore. Jenae scheduled me to come in and she walked me through and assited me in setting up all my accounts. I was having some issues with some of the details on the business side and Jenae along with her supervisor Dema Haddaed stepped in to contact the business side of the house to assist in getting my issues resolved. Each time I go inside the branch I am greeted with welcoming faces.

Terrible service. A student had to wait 3 hours to have a new account opened. That is ridiculous. The issues he had with his account would have solved within minutes at Wells Fargo.I really hate giving anyone a one star review, but the service really was bad.

Went to Bank of America on 6/11/2023 with my father while i was in my military uniform. No one was in there. we waited for 10min until someone said we could go into their office. Another couple came in as well. One of the lady told us to wait in her office. We went in, she started to help the couple that came in after us. We waited in her office for 5 min. I came out and she told me to wait a little longer. We waited another 3 min and decided to leave. I told her and the other lady that since she was serving them ( the couple that came in after us) we were leaving. Both ladies tried to persuade us to wait. But we left. How can you ignore a customer, especially one in military uniform serving our country! So shamefuland disrespectful!

Went there to close my late mother's account. Deema and David were warm and accommodating in connecting me with Jenae Moore who is just a dynamo at her job. She took time to explain the process to me in detail in simple terms, verified and reverified all paperwork and all expected actions for this process and she maintained a pleasant demeanor the whole time. Really...she made a very tough time for me very easy; and I can't thank her enough for her tenacity and acumen in the performance of her duties. You guys have the best there is because JENAE IS A ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!

Currently April 30th 2023 someone from the general public cannot contact the Bank of America 1 800 number and speak to a live customer service agent to report fraud. If you Google any of the contact numbers for Bank of America and you call that number you will be forced to enter an access number. If you are not a customer or do not have an access number you will not be forwarded to a live person

I went in to get a form for a potential job. I walked out with info on opening a business bank account. Thank you Ms. Jenae. She was helpful, encouraging, and most of all she listened. I'm eager to meet with her again when I actually open that account. I've been w/ BOA for years and they drive me mad some daysBut it's the days like this when their Reps come through for their customers. Amazing job Ms. Jenae!

Not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews but I hope this helps. Everyone is always SUPER friendly and helpful. Are they busy? Sure at times but they're a bank and staff shortages shouldn't be a stranger to anyone by now. I honestly was ready to close out my business account until I came in and started working with Johnny and all the friendly ladies here. It's worth the stop for me and I don't think I'll be switching my business any time soon.

Very time consuming, staff would rather go out of their way to NOT help a customer. Treat you as if your time is irrelevant. And you wonder why when i was asked if i had an account here, my reply was. NO

Very friendly employees working through a hard staffing time. This is a busy banking center but the employees do a fantastic job of still making their customers feel comfortable with the long waits. The cashier staff quick and very efficient. I truly wish they would have kept the drive through lanes.

Absolutely horrible customer service! There are many instances at this location I could reference but on this particular day I stopped in with my 3yr old son so I could add him to my banking accounts. I sat down with no one to greet you or guide you to who you need to see. A lady comes out and asked if I had an appointment ( I didn't ) then asks me what I needed I told her grant it this should take less than 5min. She tells me she has an appointment that was coming in and I needed to schedule an appointment and come back!! This location has been horrible for years! They have tried to charge a ton for a cashiers check, you will wait forever for help and they really could care less if they have any customers to "help".
