They tried to scam me! Brought in a less than a year old ATV Duracell battery that has a 2 year warranty clearly marked on the top as their battery and they still tried to sell me a new one and charge me for it and use this under warranty battery as a core hoping I would not know any better!!

Had a couple keys made here. Every time has been a disaster. DO NOT GET KEYS MAade here. Has taken weeks to get a blank one in so I can take it somewhere that can actually do it. Takes another few weeks for them to change the blank out. Thought the first couple i had made at once was a fluke in Suffolk. Nope same think here in Chesp. Trust me on this one.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is terrible. I went there in hopes to get the RIGHT BATTERY for my Volkswagen Atlas. This was the only place that showed online that had it. I go to the store at the Chesapeake location and let the employees know what I was looking for, because the CORRECT BATTERY for my car is hard to find. I let her know (Veronica) the experience I’ve had with buying batteries for my truck within a short amount of time. She initially stated that this location did not have the battery in stock but it was available in Norfolks location. As she called Norfolk they stated they didn’t have it but CHESAPEAKE DID HAVE IT. I bought the battery. They put it on a cart and took it to my truck for installation. Veronica is not a tall woman so she used a red plastic step stool to install the battery. Before doing so I asked her was she going to do the installation because the batteries are heavy. She says yes I do this all the time. I called her super woman and went to sit in my truck. Veronica proceeded to get the battery off the cart to install it lifting it and putting it down to readjust because of the weight which is understandable. The problem came in when she stepped on the stool and had to lift the battery up to her shoulders to get it in my truck. I heard a loud thump under the hood of the car as if the battery slipped out of her hands and on to another part under the hood. My fuse box and the computer to my truck are on the side where the battery dropped or slipped out of her hands. She changed the battery and had it hooked up to reset the memory. When i turned my truck on ALL OF MY LIGHTS WERE ON.!! My turn signals don’t work. My parking break sensor doesn’t work. I was told to drive it and it should reset. So I did and the lights are still on. My husband called the store to address what happened and Veronica denied loosing control of the battery. We asked for the manager (Kristi) called us back and said I told Veronica my phone charger plug didn’t work so that could be what’s wrong with it. No accountability at all. She (Kristi) stated she will look into and call us back. When she returned the call she stated that we need to take the truck to a mechanic and get a report to PROVE that Veronica damaged my fuse box or computer in my car. I asked her a time frame she said we don’t have one she would call us. I advised her that if this issue isn’t resolved I would have to contact a lawyer SHE TOLD ME TO RELAX AND CALM DOWN because I’m moving 10 steps ahead of her. I went to the store to show Kristi the lights that were on in my truck she came out to look and as I was talking to her asking her what does the report say that proves Veronica did it during installation she walks off as I’m asking her questions. I regret my purchase with this business BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES! Furthermore I was not refunded for the core charge of turning in the old battery until I called to advise that I wasn’t given any reimbursements. There are no cameras in the front of the store to show the incident and make sure the employees are held accountable. The cameras inside of the store are conveniently blocked by pictures on the windows. So there is INTENTIONALLY NO FOOTAGE!

Very poor customer service. I had to go twice to get the right battery, when it showed up from a different store, the terminals were too small. Salesperson told me just to squish my terminals down to make contact. She then tried to upsell me with a more expensive battery. I tried to give Local an opportunity instead of AMAZON but was let down again. I voted with my money and left.

DO NOT LET THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER BATTERIES PLUS REPLACE YOUR IPHONE SCREEN. My screen cracked a few months ago, I came here to get it fixed because it was close by and they were basically the only ones open that day. They got it done, a day or so in I starting having issues with the screen acting up. I called them and they said the new screen must be faulty(they are aftermarket/off brand screens btw) and they could put a new one in under their warranty. But they didn’t have another one in store so I had to drive to Suffolk. So I drove to the Suffolk location and got it replaced again. Again, a day or so in, the screen is still acting up and got to the point of what I can only describe as the screen having seizures. I didn't want to deal with it again so I just decided to live with it as it wasnt a constant problem and only occurred a few times a day(i use my phone a lot). Well it has now progressed to the point where the screen goes completely black and is not useable until it decides to work again. I went to the apple store today to get it replaced with an apple screen. At the apple store I was made aware that my warranty was voided by this place putting in a off brand screen. They may have told me this prior, i dont remember. But the really kicker is it would have cost me $23-$30 less to just go to the apple store in the first place to get the screen replaced and I wouldn’t have had any of these issues and id still have my phone under warranty. Its at a point where I decided to just get a new phone because in total between wasting my money at this place and going through apple, id have spent $700 to fix the screen. Lesson learned, just make an appointment and go to the apple store. This place will over charge you for a subpar product.
Only gave it two stars because the employees were nice.

The store manager is so very rude and made my experience here terrible. I called the store and was quoted and told a different price than what I was told in store. I was told my key would be ready in one or two days it took 4. I was never called to told that my key was ready. The store manager told me she could not program my key when I arrived at 420 and the store closed at 5. Overall a lazy unprofessional woman. If I were to come back I hope she would no longer be at this store

Don’t trust this place at all. Iphone battery replacement left the iphone screen with green lines on the screen. Manager and staff acted like theyve never seen that before even though another customer was there having the same issue, and their solution was: get another screen! Even though my screen was perfectly fine with no issues before the battery replacement was done.
