When it comes to assurant warranty phone claims this store was the worst to deal with, after multiple visits and calling ahead the store was still not prepared to replace a phone screen, if assurant sends you to this store be prepared to not get the service's preformed, or the employees to offer any atcual help in the matter.

Never been here before. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable. He helped test my battery and even installed the new one for me. Great customer service!

It’s too bad there’s no ZERO RATING. Please be mindful that I’m traveling from North Carolina. I brought in my battery this past Saturday, 10/28/2023 to request for a warranty replacement. The gentleman that closed that night informed me it would take 24 hrs to test it. I called on Sunday and the same gentleman stated he “had tested the batteries multiple times and it passed 3xs and failed 2xs and I could come pick up the replacement battery”. I told him I could not come get it that day. He stated “I will leaves no note for the staff”. I came in on Monday, 10/30:23 to pickup my replacement battery. The woman, I believe her name was Vanessa, told me “it was still on the tester and I could not pickup until tomorrow”. I told her that was not acceptable and where I was driving from and the gentleman told me I could pickup the replace and there should be a note”. She went to the back and contacted someone and brought back my original battery. I told her this was my original battery. she looked into the computer and told me it was not. I requested for her to call her supervisor. She refused and told me I had to come back the next day. I contacted Christa the store manager on Tuesday which is today as she was very unprofessional as well. I requested for her district manager, or general manager, and Christa told me that y’all did not have one with a negative attitude. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable, I would like and requesting to have a district or general manager to contact so that I may be able to Discuss. Also, please check the phone recording on October 31, 2023 approximately 1542 For a recorded conversation that I had with Krista the manager. The manager was also very unprofessional and condescending rude.

Needed a new key fob before it disappears too. Once it was ordered and arrived, it took less than 5 to install. Courteous and respectful staff. Provided info on other key fob options.

Sharing my disabled POV. Small mall area off S. Battlefield Hwy. Parking is very close to the small stores in this area with one handicap parking space that I could see. No automatic doors, but very easy to open. The store was VERY clean with a small, but large selection of electronic items. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one gentleman carried my mobility scooter battery from the car, replaced the battery and then carried it back to the car again. This is my second time I've needed new batteries, (two different scooters). I've never had an issue.

This place was awesome and the staff was very kind and helpful to me. Will be taking my watches back there again for batteries. I will also tell my friends about this place. Happy New Year to the staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs!!

I paid $80.00 for a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy 8+, hoping to extend the life of a perfectly functioning cell phone. When I returned, they said they accidentally broke the back of the phone when they installed the battery and would have a replacement in the next day. When I picked up the phone, the back piece didn't have the name Samsung on it, meaning they used an off brand.After leaving, I found my phone ECHOES on calls. Battery Plus tried once to fix it then told me "they didn't know what else to do and to Google it." No refund, no apology, no nothing.Instead of prolonging my phone's life, I'm out almost A HUNDRED DOLLARS AND HAVE TO REPLACE THE PHONE.
