I absolutely love this pharmacy!! They always make sure my medicine will be in by the time I need it and most importantly everyone is just KIND. It’s such a change of pace from the chain pharmacies. They just give me such peace of mind.

Amazing service. So kind and very fast. Way better than CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid. Never have to wait long on hold like I did at CVS when I call. And most of the time, they proactively reach out to me. Locally owned too.

This is a wonderful small pharmacy. They can always get what I need, they have really reasonable prices, and they are personable. Every time I call someone actually picks up the phone! Unlike Walgreens, where I sometimes have been on the on hold up to 50 minutes before giving up.

Formerly used Rite Aid until they closed, then Walgreens on Battlefield but they inherited the Rite Aid business and have been struggling the last year to keep pace with the demand. Recommended to try Battlefield and so grateful - no more delays to fill prescriptions, no more holding for hour(s) to speak to a pharmacist, no more frustration! Appreciate the hands on and personal service they provide for my 89 year old Mom and working with me to keep up with her changing and challenging medication needs. Given them a try - you have nothing to lose.

Excellent local pharmacy that will go out of their way to help you find what you need. Great service and straightforward process with decent hours. Switched our entire family over after just being frustrated dealing with the chain stores. I drive past literally over a dozen places closer, end of the day a little extra driving is totally worth the reliability and ease in dealings.

This review is long overdue. I, like many others, was stuck / forced to utilize “Big Store / Corporate” Pharmacies. Then, thank goodness that Chesapeake was blessed with an independent pharmacy. I had planned on changing to the pharmacy, but before I could, I needed a “compound medication” that was prescribed by my doctor. I was having difficulty finding a pharmacy that filled compound prescriptions. After making several calls to different pharmacies and having no luck, I then remembered about Battlefield Pharmacy. I told them what I was prescribed. I first spoke to Mike, who was so kind and helpful. So there was no better time than the present to have my prescriptions transferred at that time. So the friendly, and helpful staff worked to get my prescriptions transferred over and it was done with accuracy and in a very timely manner. I’ve never had any challenges or difficulties since I made the change to this pharmacy last year when they opened. All of the staff have always been kind, friendly, professional, and are so patient when I have questions. When I’ve been looking for something “over the counter,” if it was not available in the store, they’ve always offered to order it for me and it’s available the next day. I’ve never received better treatment than I have here. Tuesday evening, 1/23/24, I stopped in, near closing time to pick up my prescriptions. I needed some over the counter products. The assistant, Zamirah, was helpful in looking on the shelves with me and once again, offered to order what I was looking for with delivery the next door. I am very thankful for Battlefield Pharmacy and all of the dedicated, hardworking, kind, and caring staff.

We switched our prescriptions to Battlefield after our neighborhood Rite Aid closed. What a difference! We could not be more pleased ! I would highly recommend Battlefield Pharmacy.

Very friendly. No line to wait in. My prescription was filled fast. Wished I would have found out about Battlefield Pharmacy before I did. My primary care provider suggested that I give them a try. I had told him that I was tired of waiting on Rite Aid. He stated that he uses them and is very happy with there service. Hands down the best move I made.

Wow! What a Wonderful Team and Phenomenal Customer Service!!! These people know how to treat Customers with DECENCY and RESPECT! They go “OVER AND BEYOND,” the call of duty!This is the “BEST MOVE” I have ever made with a Pharmacy. This is down right “good old home service,” like it was “back in the good old days.”So, glad to be away from the “RAT RACE Pharmacy’s!!!” I feel at peace! I switched here from the Walgreens just up the street and, let me just say, this place is worlds better. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly - they got my prescriptions transferred without any issue and without much of a delay at all. Can't say enough good things about this place and their staff.
