This is the worst service I have ever seen. They take forever in order to serve you. Employees wasting time talking to each other more than focusing serving customers.

Slowest bank. Inside or drive through always have to wait 30 mins to an hour. Never more than two tellers...one inside and one drive thru...how is that acceptable ??? All employees are very unhelpful and not friendly. Do not go to this location. It sucks.

Worst bank ever. So slow, staff is unfriendly. Lack of customer service skills to say the very least. Same brown haired lady working the lobby is always unpleasant and never works in a timely manner. They need to make a change, I’m ready to take my business elsewhere.

I brought one of my disabled clients to TRUIST 3113 Western Branch Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321 and we were treated very rudely by the teller / banker at the window. It was very apparent she was NOT willing to help us for whatever reason. She basically told us to go to another branch for help or come back next week because she could NOT do teller work and banker at the same time. However, we were the only people inside the bank and their were no cars in the drive thru. She just didn’t want to help us. She had a nasty disposition. I have been banking at this location for over 14 years but I will NEVER bank with this branch ever again and I will make it know to all my business friends and colleagues that this is not a branch that appreciates their customers.

The tellers are always pleasant but they don’t anticipate customer traffic and there is always a long line and a wait. You would think coming in on a Friday or the first of the month, they will be fully staffed and. It have one teller at the window and one teller in the drive through. Now today, 10/2, the first day of the month, there is one teller at the window and 7 in line and 7 waiting to see a personal banker. Like they rip you off with all these fees and can’t get enough staff to support their members. I’m closing my account immediately. Poor experience

This bank used to be good when it was BB&T but now it is awful. There is no customer service, the lines are incredibly long and slow moving since there is only ever 1 person working the lobby, and none of the staff are actually friendly like they were years ago.

The ABSOLUTE SLOWEST bank I've ever seen. It should not take 40 min to make a deposit in the drive-thru with 2 lanes open, 1 person in from of you in each lane, and1 customer inside. They are unusually slow.

The worst bank! Customer service is non existent. There are 6 or 7 windows but only 1 teller and she moves slower than a turtle. She has no concern the lobby line is out of control and she is keeping customers waiting. Some customers decided to leave bc she was taking so long. She just stares at the screen and no concern about picking up her pace. She even stopped taking customers and started working on night deposits but it was 11 in the morning. Then she grabbed her purse and said she was going to lunch! With the lobby full of customers! There were other bankers in their office and didn't seem to bother them there was a long line. Since the front teller left to go to lunch the drive thru lady started working the front and drive thru but that was ridiculous too bc the drive thru was backed up down the street. Drive thru line was super slow as well and no one seemed to care. They just stare at the computer. One lady came to help the drive thru and she had to work the lobby as well. Think she was new. The customers in the lobby all said the same thing how terrible this bank is. Some people decided to just leave. The lady behind me said she was on her lunch break and now can't get her lunch bc it was taking too long to cash her check. We were forced to stay in line bc this weekend is labor day holiday. This bank needs an overhaul for customer service. No one was helping each other. There was literally no teller at the front for minutes at a time and we were all just standing. Also it's stuffy in there and the AC needs to be turned up. I don't suggest anyone to use this bank. This bank rating for me is a huge ZERO!

This location and the high street location are the worst. They don’t care about your time, it takes roughly 10 to 15 mins per transaction. I’m not sure who the manager is. But They need to find someone capable of running these branches. Absolutely ridiculous

First of all the white lady that was at the front helping people with deposits and stuff she was very rude to her coworker that was working the drive thru. Secondly you can’t just have one person working the front with everyone coming in especially a day before a holiday. If you are short staffed then you need to pull people from other locations or close this one down until you can get some people in there. This is ridiculous it has been this way for a while now and it’s getting annoying and ridiculous. The amount of disrespect that lady was giving to everyone including her coworkers in front of members of your bank. That’s so uncalled for. You really need to think about who your hiring and if they can handle a fast paced environment.

Truist on Western Branch has no good they stole my money and will not give it back then and white lady and they don't want to get in there and talk trash because I'm a black guy that bank is not a good bank the one on Western Branch
