I was looking for a power cord for my tv. Instead of walking all around today. I spoke with a young lady at the customer service desk today who was extremely helpful. Great customer service!

I've been a Best Buy customer for years even before Circuit City closed down. But the customer service is nonexistent anymore. There's no value left to the loyal customer base there used to be an appreciation for buying stuff here but that's gone. I'd bought a Rexing 120 watt car charger for laptops and phones it's not working and the less than great lady at the counter told me to buy another or call the company. While the prices might be ok on some things I'm done with Best Buy if they want to be like that with customers it isn't worth my time or money anymore. Here's to buying anything anywhere else than Best Buy!

Place is a joke. Came in on opening hoping to get some questions answered and buy a stereo for my car. Waited 30 minutes and not a single employee came by to help, talked to customer service, said she would get someone to help.. nothing nobody showed up. Such a pathetic experience. I'll never go back, to many other options. Taking my money elsewhere.

Ordered online for an in-store pickup as the item I wanted was on sale online but not in store. The store had only one of the item in stock. I show up two hours after ordering, they tell me its not ready so I decide I'll come back. Three hours after my card was charged, I get a notification saying my order was cancelled. They give me the runaround and say my bank declined it as fraud. Which makes no sense because the transaction originally went through but I contacted my bank anyways. They did not decline the transaction, it was reversed from the merchant. So they cancelled my ordered because either they didn't want to honor the online sale price or one of the employees wanted the item for themselves. Complete waste of a trip and now I've got to wait 3-10 days to get my money back. So unprofessional.

I liked it. Typical Best Buy store in a well populated shopping mall on a busy road. I like BB because they usually have a lot of staff - all of whom have decent knowledge of the merchandise they carry, and can answer questions you may have. Big box stores still have a valuable presence in today's online sales world, and BB does a very good job at that. Recommended.

I just purchased a Samsung - 65" Class Q60C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV from Best Buy in Greenbrier, Chesapeake Virginia. I just want to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time! Our sales representative Devin was OUTSTANDING! In a sea of technical specs, Devin is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! This man deserves a raise and promotion! He made our night. The TV was easy to set up and the picture, quality of build and overall design is AWESOME! Go see Devin if you’re in the market for a new TV and want an enjoyable experience! Went to pick up a tv and the curbside help was rude and came out with a bad attitude told me the tv wouldn’t fit without even trying and when we did put it in he smushed my face between the seat and tv and didn’t even apologize to me
