To be honest, i don't know where to start. Customer service was all over the place; both good and bad. Service was a 2/5 though. Also, please stop up selling me to the point I never want to return. You clearly made it so obvious that you weren't even trying to help me at one point. I actually lost money coming to yal, and left with a used hard drive I bought from Amazon that started off new after stating you could fulfill my request. Then when I asked you to please wipe the hard drive so I could send it back to Amazon, you wanted to charge me again..... Like come on. You didn't clone, or even transfer the data properly. Why would I want to send a hard drive back to Amazon used with my personal information on it. Now, either I or Amazon has to wipe that hard drive. That new drive cost me 115$, not including the drive up there twice, because all your calls are rerouted to bestbuy.com along with being given the wrong price by Bestbuy.com.

Not a slight at the Geek Squad workers at all. I scheduled a screen replacement through Apple at this location because it was closer to me than the Apple Store. I show up for my appointment today to find out they didn’t even have the part. I was told in order for them to order the part they would have to hold onto my phone until it came in which could take 1-2 weeks. Thats insane. My phone is my ONLY phone, and if I had a confirmed appointment why don’t they have the parts to complete my service on the day for which it was scheduled? How does something like this happen?

Wes is the best! I purchased a game online and went to go pick it up at the location near Chesapeake Sq. Mall. Unfortunately, the game looked like a box cutter had gotten to it so it cut side of the game case and the paper that shows the game title. Wes was more than happy to accommodate and reorder another game for me. Even though there is a wait (which is totally fine) I’m very happy that Wes was empathetic towards my hobby as a gamer and offered to rectify this. I’d give him 1000 stars if I could!!!!!!

Tried to return a wireless adapter. Was told it was outside of their 15 day return policy. Tried to RMA the device. Received a message that I needed to take it to Bestbuy.
Edit: Evidently Bestbuy didn't fully read the review or possibly didn't comprehend what they read. I have no problem with their greedy policy return now. ( i will not be buying anything from them again) of "you can pay more money to us for a 60 day return policy". IT WAS WHEN I TRIED TO RMA THE DEVICE AND THE MANUFACTURER SAID TO TAKE IT BACK TO BEST BUY!!!!
Best buy needs to unbury their heads from the sand. This is a policy that reads as such.
We know we will sell defective merchandise for whom ever. We will milk the general population for every cent and deny any responsibility. Go to a competitor. Don't give best buy your hard earned money.

geek squad will approve an appointment and let you drive all the way in, and then tell you that they don’t have the parts to do a repair, when they could’ve checked before approving the appointment. massive waste of time
