If I could give 0 stars I would BEWARE they strip cars for parts took my car to get fixed got my car back and it hasn’t been the same even down to my sound system rear speakers are now missing from the back paint has damaged areas that wasn’t there even the new door they claim they put on barely closes
They also had my car for 2 months
Save yourself a headache if you decide to still go take pictures of EVERYTHING and record before going so you can have before and after copies

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this location! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. Months after they fixed our 4Runner, we ran into some squeaking with the trunk. We could not figure out the cause and it was driving us both nuts, Danny our tech, checked every aspect of the car and solved our issue completely. He even went as far as riding in the back of the car as we drove down bumpy roads so he could hear the issue. This location never made us feel like a burden for returning 3 months later. We will forever recommend this location! Thank you all!

This location has speedy repairs services but their communication between the customer, technician/adjuster, mechanic, and receptionist needs a little more work. They definitely don't have good communication skills with the customer at times about services and availability.

I have had excellent experiences having had two separate repairs performed at both the Pickett Road and Burke locations. Great communication, service and workmanship both times.

Caliber Collision picked up my car on December 27 and delivered it today, January 10. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed daily with clear and transparent updates. I communicated with three individuals—Melisa, John ( Josh ) , and one other person whose name I cannot recall. All three approached me in a friendly, sincere, and honest manner. From the very beginning, I felt I could trust them. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the service I received. Everything was excellent.

Staff is very friendly and professional. My car was ready by the estimated completion date. So far I haven't noticed any issues since I got my car back.

Very good! I specifically like the “progress” texts they regularly sent to keep me informed. The only issue I had was that I spoke to the tech (in Norfolk) about looking at the left side wheel well trim. I’d asked they paint that while I the shop and that I would pay for the difference.

The staff were professional and kind-assisted me with getting my granddaughter’s booster out of my car and then the rental. I was kept informed on each step of the repairs and my car was ready well in advance. The work is excellent and my car is back to pre-accident shape!!!

Left paint dust from prep all inside my car. Left bumper supports off so I can peel the corners of my bumpers off. Left painters tape in multiple spots on my car. Didn’t put the gaskets on hatch back correctly. After getting rear ended, caliber decided to make it worse. Stoked…..

First class service from the beginning. I also got my vehicle back much sooner than scheduled. If need be, I would definitely go back to them.
