“We left the sunroof open on my wife’s suv. Of course it was a downpour while we were out of town. The suv had a ridiculous amount of water in it. I thought that we would have to buy another SUV. We threw a Hail Mary and took it to Final Finish. The guy was unfazed and explained their process. Yes, I was hopeful, but skeptical. THESE PEOPLE CAME THROUGH!! My Honey’s SUV was dry as the Sahara in the summer and it looked AND smelled like it had just rolled off of the showroom floor. Seriously, it really was that impressive. They have earned our business forever!! They are real DETAILERS!!!”

“Oh my!!! I'm in love with my car again! I haven't pampered my car for awhile! It is because almost all the car wash areas around me suck. I tried Mega Auto Spa for the reviews and they did not disappoint! I love the fact that the cash tips are centralized. The staff are more focused on cleaning the car in front of them.”
“Great crew!! I saw a worker grab a bunch of fresh clean dry towels from a bin and he accidentally dropped one. He immediately put the dropped one into a dirty towel bin rather than use on a clean car. Great judgement and shows he really cares for the cars he cleans!”
“I've been using Carl's Wash for my vehicle service needs for just about 10years now. From Tires, to Oil Changes, State Inspections, Breaks and wiring - I've yet to feel disappointed when I leave. The trust alone is everything as where do you go anymore that people won't take advantage or tell you inaccurate information and OVERPRICE the heck out of you! I can't refer Carl's Wash enough. Great customer service, trustworthy, and great pricing (and yes, I do my homework before making any decision and can say that I have yet to get better pricing anywhere else).”

“I am not a fan of automatic car washes, but this one is well maintained and staffed. It does a good cleaning but the blow dryer (like most) doesn’t do well on the back hatch of SUVs or pickups.”
“I’ve gone to a few locations but this by far has been my best experience. Katelyn assisted me in my selection of options for my wash today. She assured me a quality wash, and told me if there was any issues that she would personally take care of them. My car has never been cleaner. Everything was top tier, interior to exterior. This will be my permanent location as a monthly subscriber. Katelyn definitely needs a raise. Thanks again”

“I have two vehicles; 24 Edge & 25 Maverick. I have unlimited passes on both and have never regretted it! The Edge has been cleaned by these folks at this location since it was new and it still looks new! Plus you can’t ask for a friendlier more thorough crew. If they miss something, point it out. They always take care of it for me!”
“I've been to this location for various reasons a handful of times. Sometimes just to get a drink and gas other times to play the slots. The staff here are normally pleasant. Lots of new slot games here and instant payout with no hassles at the register. Keep in mind when close to closing time you may not be able to play. I entered hoping to just get a few spins tonight and the staff member informed me that they closed in 5 minutes, although it was 9:21 and they closed in 9 minutes LOL. She said that I had no time to play any games and that she was about to dismiss the person that was at a game playing. So I left but felt 5 minutes left plenty of time to get in a few spins. I will keep in mind in the future to go with plenty of time and nowhere near closing. I've never eaten here although I've heard good things about the food. Also keep in mind when visiting the store if you are going to be there for an extended amount of time playing that there are no restrooms offered.”

“Great place to wash your car but set up to scam you if you're not paying attention. Must hit the STOP button or they'll charge you $50. Nobody spends $50 there unless you're washing a couple of Elephants....and they have to know this. Called them and asked them if they would view they're cameras to verify I was only there enough time to use just over $20 so I could get refunded. No sympathy. They don't care so they suck profusely.
Update: Was a 1 star..... I changed to 4.
After a call to the office and some time, they refunded my money. Kudos to Freedom Wash! Sorry for being impatient and bitter. Washed my car there this evening and made sure I hit the STOP button this time!! Haha. Thanks again!”
