Several complaints put in for the heat windows are very raggedy and damaged management. Call me very aggressive because I have small children and I informed him that I would call the Better Business Bureau and also wavy 10 news. I have two nonverbal children and the house is freezing cold because of the poorly damaged windows His response was is not that cold in the house. I asked him to come over and fill the air himself he refused and started attacking me, saying that I was assaulting his workers because I asked for the issue to be resolved.

Should invest in a nice play place for the kids…I’d start going here more often. I mean come on, y’all didn’t think of that?

I've got pretty good vision but this places fading speed bumps that are the same color as the road are a hazard

It's not as full of stores as it used to be. The "1990s Mall" and COVID-19 have nearly killed all of the malls. But the Greenbrier Mall still has a great cheesesteak place, a Yankee Candle, a Torrid, Spencer's, plus several ⁸ stores. The outside ring around the Mall has a Cinema Cafe and restaurants. It's not very far from Rt 64 and 264.

Like MacArthur, Greenbrier has seen better days then now. What was once Chesapeake's top shopping center is on it's last legs and there not long for the world much longer

I love the shops stores that are there, the only thing I don't like is that I didn't find a playground for the children.

Sadly alot of stores have closed, mall closes at 8 and almost all stores were closing doors at 7ish.. this was always my go to mall but it's gone down hill after covid and everything moving online.. the staff in the stores I did visit were great though, very friendly and helpful, so don't give up on it yet!

It's really not what it used to be. Go somewhere else.10-12 years ago this was a beautiful mall to bring the family.Sadly, a trashy element took over this once great place and now it's slowly dying. It's really a shame.

Do not waste your time on this dystopia hell scape. Half the stores are closed, the stores that are open have half empty shelves. The place is disgusting, there's no cleaning going on. The bathrooms are vile and the parking lot is falling apart.

It's losing stores, but is still a decent place to go
