“Went through their Christmas Nativity drive-thru. It was well done with a large staff. I'll definitely be checking them out every year. They gave us a QR code to pull up audio for each scene. At the end, we parked and went inside for hot chocolate, cookies, pictures with a background, and as we left we petted small farm animals. So fun!”

“I was a little unsure about going to a worship service with such a large crowd in attendance. It was extremely busy during the time period between services. It seemed a little too much with kiosks for tithing and a service area to get coffee, kind of like a fast food restaurant. However, an offering was not taken during the service itself and I believe the coffee was free of charge. The auditorium was very spacious in that it could seat a few thousand people but there was not much leg room from the seat in front of me. I am not a tall person either. But the seats were comfortable and it was pretty easy to see the stage, the singers, instrumentalists, and pastor with stadium style sitting. There were no hymnals or Bibles provided for the congregation but they also were not required. Large screens at the front provided the lyrics to the songs and the scripture verses for the message were also displayed.
When my family was leaving, I felt very impressed with what I just witnessed. I came there to hear the word of God and it was truly a blessing. I loved the delivery of the pastor that was speaking and how he interpreted scripture and presented the message. It was a moving sermon and now I am looking forward to attending another service in the future. The music was contemporary and the singers were very good. I found myself singing to the songs that I had never heard before. My mother also attended for the first time and she seemed skeptical also when we first arrived. We left feeling much different than when we arrived and agreed that we would like to come back. I'm not certain on the number of Pastors that preach there as they have three services on Sunday morning. It was a very uplifting experience.
I have to say that the traffic control for directing the volume of vehicles coming and going was coordinated and much better than I imagined it would be.”
“If you are looking for a church home.....look no further. From the time you pull into the parking lot you are greeted and welcomed. Once you enter the church something comes over you that makes you want to soak up EVERY blessing in the air. By the time it's time to go you are FAMILY. The congregation is in tune with the Pastor and he is definitely feeding them what they need.
I can say when I'm in Chesapeake I've found my church home.”

My 3 kids and I walked through the door and we were greeted and welcomed with open arms and on our next visit they remembered our names! They continue to treat us like family. Whether you are saved, a non believer, or just curious, this church will open their hearts to you and pray for you either way. My family started going here November 2025 and we haven't missed a service since; we go on Wednesdays as well for prayer. Thank you Harvest for changing our lives and bringing us closer to God. I pray 2026 brings more opportunity for Harvest to reach more people.”
