We love Cinema Cafe. This was our second time at the Greenbrier location and it was great. The theater is inside in the mall so it's on the smaller side. But you'd never know it once you're in there. Food was what you'd expect but the service was exceptional.

Cinema Cafe at Greenbrier Mall is a fantastic place to catch a movie and enjoy a great meal all in one! The theater is clean, cozy, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The seats are super comfortable with plenty of space to relax, and the in-theater dining experience makes it even better. The menu offers a good variety of food and drinks, and everything I’ve tried has been fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes sure you’re taken care of throughout the movie. It’s such a unique experience compared to traditional theaters—perfect for a date night or a fun outing with friends or family. Highly recommended!

Our waitress THIS TIME was awesome bc she literally told us last time everything is straight frozen. Which is why I gave two stars instead of one bc she was honest and told me how gross the food was. And it’s true. Used to be awesome.
She was great and honest about how much the food sucked😂.
However, today. Food came before the drinks. Food came out completely wrong paid 22.99 for the multiplex which consisted of mostly sauces and tortilla chips taking up the entire platter. There were 3 pretzel bites two chicken tenders 2 mozz sticks and three corn dog nuggets and a crap ton of tortilla chips. The whole platter was sauces and chips. Such an entire waste of money. This location is awful. All of the other locations we love!
We go to cinema cafe once a week, literally. And I’m so sad this is our closest location.
God I could go on and on after EVERY SINGLE VISIT HERE🤮. So down hill. The most run down location.
Something always goes wrong at this location. Last time I ordered my kids and a pizza that never came. Ended up having to take it home after finally getting the server to come over. This time-waited 35 min for drinks-two kids sodas and an ice water with no ice. Then wrong food. Cold. Came out wrong TWICE. Nothing was discounted or anything.
Place has gone so down hill. Server Haley C was very very rude and I’ve worked in the service industry for over 12 yrs. Dismissive and would hold her finger up to me saying “just a sec” with a finger in my face.
Do not go to greenbrier location.

Tried to make a point to show up early enough to order food and get it before the movie started. Nope, sat around for 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Missed some of the movie while stuffing my face!

I love this cinema cafe that’s it’s close by and in the mall. The food and drink service is always a plus. I have noticed recently which is not so great that, the previews are very minimal to none recently. I also hope that they can start maintaining and cleaning the restrooms a little better, since after a 2-3 hour movie and drinks it’s usually a necessity.

Really good theater. Small, but good screen and sound. Ordering isn’t clear - you have to order from the menu at your seat. Lots of options. They deliver. Terrible WiFi though, so it can take a while.

This theatre could use a reboot. I was in theatre 4. The seats were nice reclining and all, but in my row, seats were ripped. I ordered the Airplane wings and they were old. Then I didn't get the sauce I ordered. They poured some barbeque sauce on top of the old wings when I had ordered a Chipotle sauce. I also ordered popcorn which was also not fresh.
Jurassic Park was really good so I didn't complain. I regret that now so I'm posting this review instead. If I go back to Greenbrier again, I will not order something they can heat up or their popcorn. Cole was very polite and checked on us throughout the movie. For as much as the food cost, you would think they would serve fresh food. Very disappointed.

Cinema Cafe Greenbrier is one of my favorite places for a fun and relaxing night out! The atmosphere is cozy, the seats are super comfortable (love the reclining chairs!), and the food is honestly so much better than you'd expect from a movie theater — fresh, hot, and served right to your seat.
The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I love the convenience of ordering food and drinks without missing a moment of the movie. Whether you're seeing the latest blockbuster or just looking for a different kind of night out, this place never disappoints.
Highly recommend the chicken tenders, loaded fries, and a milkshake — perfect combo for movie night! I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I had an amazing experience there with my family! Our server was Kadence. We received our food and check pretty quick. I thought that she was overall very attentive to us. Also the food was so good, we will definitely be coming back!!
